Dorcy 500 Lumen LED Rechargeable Spotlight D1080 Questions & Answers

I have had problems with this torch. Initially red light would blink on and off when charging and torch would show a dim light through led’s. Assumed battery was done. Replaced battery. Now red light comes on while charging as it is supposed to. Light still does not work. Was an excellent torch. When it worked. Anyone else had this problem? Would love to get a fix. I am sure the led’s would not have given up as few hours use.

I have had two of these. The first one failed and BCF replaced it under warranty.( BCF rang Dorcey while I was there and where told to throw it in the bin--not worth fixing) The second one I have works once. When I go to use it again it wont work for up to 30 mins.Not very good for $100 well looked after torch. (Its out of warranty) How do I get it fixed?
