I recently had my range hood changed by Dorrington. It hit a snag as the new one couldn't fit properly. Instead of saying to me tough luck, the electrician went out of his way to Bunnings and got some parts and fixed it up real good. It took a little longer than expected but I was happy to pay the extra hours to get it installed properly. I've used their plumbing service as well and it was equally great. They're always courteous, friendly and would go the extra mile to ensure the job is done well.

I've used this company on many occasions and their service is fantastic. Lovely office staff and great tradesmen who are skilled and do a good job. Appreciate them taking off their boots indoors, cleaning up afterwards etc. Always on time.
