Doterra Ice Blue Rub Athletic Cream

Doterra Ice Blue Rub – I started using ice blue rub after a Pilates class, where the instructor gave me a sample to try because of my aching back and knees. Well game changer for me and I’ve used a heap of products over the years (as an ex PE Teacher) many injuries and aches and pain. What I love about this product is the concentration and depth it works too. Also the fact that you can get it in a stick applicator so you don’t get it on your hands and can easily take it anywhere and also in an oil roll on form. I have all three. I do find the cream to feel like it’s the strongest in that it penetrates the muscles for longer. I haven't got a photo of the roll on as it’s in my work studio so I can apply it when I feel a niggle. The best I’ve found so farm for muscular aches and pains.
