Fantastic Service – I had trouble findg a light globe to fit my newly purchased table lamp. Fan from DB Hardware went out of his way to help. All done by text messages. I cannot stress enough how helpful and honest he is. Promised to text me as soon as globe arrived and he texted next day as promised. Small family business who really care about customers.

Lacking integrity – This review is not about money. It’s about the expectation of integrity and respect to customer. Paid for Sendle courier because I needed the product in a short timeframe. Instead store chose to send Oz Post even knowing of delays. Instead of maybe 3 working days already 7. When questioned they repeated what I could read online and then ignored me. Leaves a bad taste!
