This is the BEST manufactured BBQ I have ever bought – The parts on this BBQ are extremely well made and well designed, from the cast iron jet flame tube to the strong sides. Because it has 2 trays underneath, it is easy to clean. The cast iron grates have a groove that run from the back, but closed off, to the front (which is open) so that juices are channeled to the stainless steel run off channel into one of 2 drip trays. The lid is insulated which makes for better cooking. I had a problem finding the connection for the dial lights, but with a quick email (from Canada to Australia) everything was explained. Love, love, LOVE

Great BBQ – geat bbq great for summer cooking, better than cooking inside, hence no heating up the kitchen, nice looking unit, have lost my instruction guide book and would love another or if someone can tell me where to download it, very satisfied and it was a gift, a shame its discontinued

Downunder 4 BBQ – Just set it up yesterday, an early Xmas present for my Son. Yet to use, agree with the nice looking unit but the doors tend to mark easily. The two main problems i found is the slight bending of the side burner when used to lift and move the unit, needs a separate handle and the hook for the gas bottle doesn't come out far enough. We also intend upgrading to a Stainless Steel grill.Otherwise for $200 with the 20% discount on Sunday, a brilliant unit.

not happy – This BBQ is a quite nicely finished article but it has one big problem it doesn't cook. The reason being that at the back of the BBQ it has a 3 inch space where all the heat escapes . It took one half hour to cook a piece of steak which normally takes ten minutes. After oneand a half hours with a chicken roasting, we had to complete the cooking process in the regular oven
