I made a reservation of EUR 295 through DoYouItaly, with Filirent as the rental company. Upon arrival, I was denied the car due to an error in the driver's name. times on Filirent's recommendation to make the change, but this was refused. I even sent you emails to change it.
Doyouitaly strictly refuse to assist in this simple administration issue or make commercial understanding but kept the money without providing the service.
I had already paid for the entire rental and was unable to use the service. Hence, Doyouitaly kept the money (i.e. EUR 295) without providing the service.
What would be more appropriate here, fraud or theft? It is a shame !
Because of this, Filirent forced me to make a new rental request, which cost me an extra 448 euros.
I strictly not recommend.
TOTAL RIP OFF LIARS – Do You Italy Car Rental company was all keen and helpful when booking! then asked for a deposit of 90EUR. Fine but contract says cancel at any time for a full refund. Liars & cheats!!! I did cancel my rental car and have been asking for 2 months for my refund. they DO NOT even have the decency to reply to any of my emails. FALSE & MISLEADING COMPANY!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CRIMINALS. Website says over 14mill customers (nonsense)
