DP Heating & Cooling

Great service and lovely staff – Our home in Capel Sound was recently completed and had an electric heating/cooling system installed. by DP. Over Christmas we had some issues with the Air Con system regarding uneven air flow, some vents not operating correctly and a missing vent. I contacted Daniel at DP in Tues 4 Jan (the first day back at work after the Xmas break) and on Wednesday his team (Nick, John and Sam) arrived a corrected the issues in a couple of hours. On the Thursday morning they came back and installed the vent which was missing. The service was - I feel - very quick and effective.

The team on both days, led by Nick, were very courteous, clean, thorough, explained what was wrong and most importantly, also included my wife in the discussion about the system and what they were doing. They also fixed the control panel (which the builder didn't do after 6 months of it being on their "TO Do" list) and trained us in using it.

From a customer perspective, I feel the service and team (considering the time of year) was fantastic. I would recommend them if I needed a new system and/or service.
