Absolutely useless – I cleaned the oven 4 times as per the instructions. It is now about 4% cleaner than when I started. Do not waste $10.00 buying this product. Water, soap and steel wool would be a much better idea. At least it will then be clean. Show details

I’m glad I didn’t read the negative reviews before buying! – I had nearly given up cleaning the oven due to the health dangers and coughing fits they’d caused. I was sold when I read it had no odor but now I’m converted! I left it on for around 45mins and it worked a treat! Months of baked on muck gone with very little elbow grease… and no gas mask! Hopeless product! – Used as directed for twenty minutes on a very lightly spattered glass door and oven base. Repeated another twenty minutes. No change. It was so useless I threw it out. Show details

Doesn’t do anything – Sprayed liberally and left on some oven pans for an hour and it had no impact at all. Just hot water would have done more. I guess it’s good that it’s completely odourless and even though there are warnings about getting it on your skin on the label, I didn’t bother with gloves and had no irritation… it’s almost like it doesn’t have any active ingredients. Show details

Useless waste of money – I used it as directed on an a glass oven tray from a convection microwave oven. I did it 4 times . Very poor results. Only removed light soiling. The baked on soil would not budge. Very disappointed. Show details

Expensive and achieves zero – I decided it was time to ditch the caustic (smelly) oven cleaner for something less unpleasant. Why are Woolworths stocking this product? It's more than double the price. Admittedly it has no odour...is that because it's doing precisely nothing? I could leave plain water on the grease and achieve the same results. Water Cleans Better – Tried this on a baking dish that was pristine before cooking ONE roast. Followed the directions, even left it saturated for two hours. Absolutely nothing. Scrubbed some areas too. Nothing. The gel stayed exactly the same as when it was sprayed on. No removal of anything except some money from my wallet. and the only one that worked properly is the caustic spray, alas. At least the container is recycled. Pity they can't recycle the junk inside it.

Just revisited this and saw the 5 star reviews. Notice that there are a string of 1 star reviews and a handful of 5 star reviews (of the same age) and nothing in between. No 4s, no 3s and no 2s. Would I be paranoid to consider the 5 star reviews nonsense?

actual interior looks brand new. Wear gloves and old clothes because it is corrosive. It comes out in a pencil jet, not a spray, and is a gel to ensure it stays where it's sprayed. No odours either. And it also saves you time, some methods you have to leave overnight, with this you spray, walk away, come back, and everything just wipes right off.

A really good product, that does what it says on the bottle – There are so many products out there all claiming to clean your oven without harming you, your oven, or the environment. So far every one I have tried has failed in one way or the other, most of them don’t clean the oven to the level you expect. I picked up Dr Beckmans oven cleaner expecting more of the same. I was wrong, this product does exactly what it says on the box. Spray, wait, wipe, and then you have a clean oven again.
