Save your money – The product works as they say but the material and product is very cheap. Pads don’t last long and over priced. Look on Amazon much better product on there for less.

I bought a Perfectback Rest yesterday – The product is very good. I bought it for my flight tp Australia. However, I could not find a lapsack that it could fit in. Used it for about 30 minutes the first time, all the way while driving home and my back pain was gone. However I found the stripes very lose, not necessary fit any kind of chair back.

From my Spencerian this product is very dangerous – This product caused extreme pain in my calf. The insensitivity level became extremely strong causing my calf to cramp up very hard. The pain was unbearable and lasted for 3 days. Dr Ho claims you can put this on your face. I can't imagine what would of happen if it made my face cramp up like that. It would of probably killed me. 2018 Update: I need to explain my previous review.

I was looking forward to receiving Dr. Ho's Pain Therapy System. I first try the large patches on my lower back. I could not keep them from causing a burning and stinging pain. I followed the manual to the "T" I wet my back but still no relief. I then try using the small patches on my calf. I placed the level intensity to only a two level out of 16 levels 16 being the strongest. It worked OK for about 5 minutes then out of nowhere the intensity jumped up all the way causing my calf to cramp up like never before. The pain was unbearable. I was finally able to turn the unit off. The pain lasted for 3 days. I could barely walk. Dr. Ho claims on his DVD that one can place this on your face for TMJ facial toning and even tooth aches. I can't imagine what would of happen if I had this on my face. It would of made my face cramp up and in that kind of pain I don't know if I would of been able to even turn it off. It would of most likely killed me. I have use Tents units before and had no problems with them. I believe this system is very very dangerous. I have talked to the manager of this company and they don't seem to care claiming it is safe. After the experience I had. All I can say please think twice about putting this thing on any part of your body. I know I will never do it again. Please be careful. The store "HSN" I purchased this product from where very nice and I did get a full refund. I have nothing to gain or lose posting this. I just think this product is very dangerous and the consumer needs to know about it.

The batteries last for a long time & the gel pads last for months if you take good care of them. (I put water on the gel before I put them away). New pads are very reasonably priced.

I absolutely recommend the Dr Ho's pain therapy for anyone with chronic back pain.

This beats my outrageous pain – The $200 pack is a bargain . the smaller pads to get perfect positioning. I can't understand why some people have trouble as this has been a godsend and here in Canada my extended health plan covers the cost. Beats heavy pain meds hands down.

dr ho – great product, works well. it really does help with muscle pain. my only concern is that I think it over priced.
