Dr. Sandra Quickloss Meal Replacement

Too much sugar in this! – I specifically bought items from Cabot because of the Liver Healing they promote on most (not all) of their products. My own fault for not reading the Macros properly on this product, it is massively high is sugars, and has sugar added, a killer for the liver of someone like myself with a Fatty Liver. Will not buy this again
Excellent – I have tried Tony Ferguson and it worked rapidly, although I couldnt have my coffee, but the weight went straight back on.I have been on Quickloss for 14 weeks and lost 7 KG. Its been very slow but the weight didnt go on over night and I am basically lazy and have not done the recommended excercise so I cant complain that it has not been quicker. It is very conveinent, I mix the powder with water not milk, if you carry the powder in a small container or zip bag you can always get water somewhere to mix.I am getting bored with it but I want to lose another 5kg so I may have to resort to ........exercise.No bad side effects. I did have tummy troubles with the tony ferguson diet, probably all the sugar free snacks, the sugar replacement stuff in them creates problems for me at least.Quickloss is well worth a try and economical. Thumbs up Easy, dont feel hungry, can have coffee & it works Taken a long time and still havent reached my goal, BUT I have done no excercise whatsoever.
Finally, something that works! – After many years of trying every diet - Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Optifast etc, I finally found something that has worked. I put on a huge amount of weight 20kg basically in a few months. I was always relativley small, but just suddenly got fat. Nothing in my lifestyle changed. Anyway, after countless visits to drs, it was determined my metabolism was not working. I was told to 'Diet and Excercise'. Gee thanks for the help. So I set out on my own, not know where to start, since the Dr's were no help at all. 8 Months on Jenny Craig - what a waste. Foul processed food, expensive and only lost about 5 kgs, and I was starving all the time. Months on Weight Watchers, didin't lose a thing. So Finally my MIL gave me the Sandra Cabot Syndrome X book. It all made sense, all the various symptoms here in black and white. All the things Dr's had poo pooed. I booked an appointment with one of the Naturopaths. Life has now changed for me. I am getting the proper support, turns out I have low iron, very very deficient in Iodine - which affects thyroid. I have now lost about 6 Kgs in a few weeks. I feel so much better. Not tired all the time, not hungry all the time. Less stomach aches and headaches. Shakes tast pretty good. I am pretty fussy about food, so if I can do it, anyone can. I have the vanilla and use the stab mixer to add frozen berries to make smoothies, or cinamon and nutmeg which is nice too. Make chocolate shakes with cocoa and some stevia - a nautal sweetener. It's affordable, and so convenient. I keep some at work, as well as a shaker and I can have it at my desk. I have it with mostly milk, as with water was a little too bland for me, and not quite as filling. There are no downsides to the diet, obviously you arent eating pavlova and chocolate cake, but it is a diet, and you do lose weight. I would say if anyone has trouble with it, get some support. I have found the support from the naturopath to be invaluable. It's so much easier when you have someone helping you through than doing it on your own.
Excellent – great! im really enjoying this. i tried some of the Tony shakes and they tasted awful! will have to wait and see how much waight i lose. Tip: when u mix the shake only put a small amout of liquid and mix to a paste then leave for 5 mins till it has all dissolved then add remaining liquid and it will be really smooth and creamy! the vanilla flavour is really tasty. i feel full for longer. i have only been using this for a short period but i am already feeling better, not so sluggish and i havnt been doing much exercise yet either. CHEAPER then Tony ferguson. i worked out for ten days its $60 for Dr. Cabot and $75 for ten days on tony ferguson plus there is no joining fee! there arnt enough flavours and i dont want to pay $60 to find out i dont like the berry flavour. need to have a chocolate one although it does say u can add cocoa to the vanilla.
Nothing different from the cheaper supermarket meal replacements – I have tried it for almost a month, on and off. I replaced breakfast and lunch with a shake, and aimed to have a 400 calorie dinner and two 200 calorie snacks during the day. However, my blood sugar has been so low on these days, and by the time I got home from work I was so hungry that I just stuffed all sorts of bad carbs in my mouth. I found it to be not filling enough to use as a complete meal replacement.
