Hi, unfortunately this product has been discontinued.
Hi there. I've used this before successfully. But now I can't get the mop 'lid' to be lowered so that it reaches the teeth (and therefore gets wet when it spins). I'm sure it's something basic I'm missing. Can anyone help?
Omg this is a headache much . Sorry I can't answer ur question.buttt can you plz tell me how I dettach the mop from the bucket
The first mop I got was faulty. No water comes out. The mop got stuck and the whole spinner came out. Then they sent a replacement. It's not pumping a lot of water up. The mop is not very wet. Occasionally it got stuck I I have to slowly pull the mop out. There must be something wrong with the design. It's giving me more work to keep pulling the mop out. Not very happy. Anita
Hi Anita, My friend and I have one of these mops. We couldn't use them at first because we couldn't get the water on it. Then my friend was moving my mop about and I checked, it was full of water. She didn't know what she did but we worked it out. When I put the mop on the spindle I opened the clip on the side then moved the mop about until it fell onto those rubber teeth. It takes a bit of pushing to get it spinning. I spun it and the water came up. Then I lifted it a bit and locked it in then spun the excess water out of it, I'm not sure if that's how you do it but it worked for us. We've been doing it ever since and haven't had any problems. I hope this helps
I did the same thing following the instructions but sometimes the mop got stuck and I have to pull it out holding the spindle. When the mop is out I have to turn a few times using my hand to get the spindle down. It is giving me more work and bending up n down. Not much dirty water was collected too. Thank you for your reply Lynn
Hello, I just ordered this product but one thing that I cannot quite work out... do you use cleaning product and hot water, or is it like the other modern microfibre products that don't require hot soapy water?
Hi Nicole, They give some recommendations on the website: All low corrosive cleaning solutions and detergents are safe to use with the Dream Clean Mop. If you prefer to stay chemical free, simply clean with water and vinegar for equally effective results. Harsh chemicals such as chlorine and bleach are not recommended for use with the Dream Clean mop. Also, they recommend to use with cold or warm water. NOT hot water. I personally use warm water & a low corrosive cleaning solution. Hope that helps! Anne
Follow all instructions but cant get mop wet, its like mop sits too high, but hits the silicon teeth as in the video, what am i missing
Hi, Both my friend and I had the same problem. We followed the instructions but it wouldn't work for us either. We tried with the mop touching the teeth...works like a charm. To get the mop dryer just lift it a bit so its not touching the teeth and spin.
where can I download the user manual?
Hello is this anything like the hurricane mop
I can't get my new Dream Clean Mop to spin. Husband can't get it to work either. Have a feeling there is a simple step that isn't on the instructions. Can anyone help please?
I found the small clip comes off the mob and stays on the spin head so I wrapped a small piece of paper around the clip and knocked it in now it stays in the mop. it taks a while to get used to it Note : its harder to spin when the water is draw up onto the head after rinciing lift the mob so it stays raised above the cleaning spicks and spin dry then make sure that the centre pump is dropped down so it can draw water again
But which way does it go in?
Is this mop any good and does it do as says. Margret
