wear an outfit purchased from Dream Diva I receive lots of lovely compliments. I have found the girls in the store lovely, friendly and very helpful.

I only hope that due to the closure of their website that the store is not closing down.

Dream Diva - Dream Shopping – I have been purchasing clothes from Dream Diva for years (either online or in-store). Found the clothes very fashionable and fits perfect to a curvy body. Budget quality, good sizes, good customer service – This is kind of like Supre for big girls. Rude and disrespectful customer service – I traveled 2 hours to go into the store to try I few items I seen online. While I was in the change room my husband over heard them saying as if she is going to be buying that dress. My husband came to the change rooms and told me we weren't going to be purchasing anything from the store as the staff were being rude and disrespectful behind my back. I will never go back there or buy from the website.

Very efficient ! – I have purchased on a few occasions and have found staff kind and the system efficient. I have had to return on a couple of occasions and have no problems at all!

No customer service – I was thinking about purchasing from this site when I emailed to ask a question they directed me to their website saying it's all there! Well clearly it isn't as I wouldn't be asking the question, so for that reason I never purchased and don't think I'll ever purchase from them. Especially after reading everyone else's comments they seem to have a habit of being rude and dismissive to their customers.

I love Dream Diva – I have found customer service to be fantastic. I had to return an item once and there were no questions asked. Items always arrive within a couple of days. The clothes always fit perfectly and I get lots of compliments about them.

Online customer service is awful – I emailed asking a simple question about a dress seeing as I was buying online and the descriptions on the page really aren't that informative (I was told that they give all the information, however the fact that I had to ask a question clearly showed that more info was needed). refresher course in basic customer service - ie answering a customer's question to the best of their ability rather than giving a dismissive, condescending non-answer. After a few back-and-forths I a) didn't get an answer and b) felt like I had done something wrong by asking. This isn't actually the first time I've had a negative experience with this staff member (M). I was all geared up to purchase a couple of items, however since she refused to answer my simple questions, I really don't feel like spending my money with this company again.

I see that I'm not the only one who has a complaint with this staff member.

it had been delivered. I said I had not received it. I sent them proof of the incoming courier records from my company's mail room as proof it had not been received. They had no proof of delivery and yet refused to resend the item or process a refund to my credit card. I ended up having to report them to my bank to get my money refunded. I will never order from Dream Diva again

spoke to was so friendly and couldn't be more helpful. She sorted me out and my dress was ordered. It arrived the next day, which I thought was brilliant!!! And the dress was perfect. It fit like a glove and I felt beautiful in it. I got so many lovely comments about the dress. I have since ordered a pair of jeans off dream diva, and again I was not disappointed. Rude staff, discriminative, non helpful

Dont waste your money – Everytime I seem to buy from them I end up with pieces that either fall apart or are missing fringing, beads or lace where its meant to be. The staff are rude, arrogant and greedy. I am in Sydney so its easy to send their rubbish interstate to me when I order online. Their rubbish isnt cheap either. Thats okay though because there are plenty of nicer stuff to buy online. Everything is wrong, Starting from prices, quality and staff.

dress and ended up buying my 50th birthday outfit as well which is'nt until August, the clothing is made beautifully and you order one day and you have the option of paying for a sign delivery and you basically no its going to be delivered the next day, if you have any questions which i did the first time I purchased i just called and the lady was so helpful, if it arrives and it is not what you thought you can send it straight back, a really great variety of products day wear, basics and then you move into beautiful evening wear have fun shopping!
