Dreammat Australia is very quick to take your money and doesn't provided any customer service if you contact them with an issue. Avoid Dreammat Australia if you would prefer to avoid the frustration and disappointments of dealing with a company that does not do what it claims or respond to your issues.

This has been the best purchase I have made. This topper is a blessing great quality and very comfy,I have purchased 3 now for all my family and they have noticed a difference with the quality of this topper. I have sciatica and this topper has helped me a lot with comfortable sleeping.

I had issues with the topper as was faulty for some reason and they sent me for free a new replacement straight away, customer support was super helpful and they help me out with the issue. I will definitely recommend to my mates and friends for any future purchase.

I ordered a topper that was supposed to have Bamboo fill. I received one that has polyester fill. I have contacted customer service a few times and have had no reply. Very disappointing and wish I had bought from a physical shop instead

HydroGenius bottle fail – AVOID DREAM MAT !!! [Content Removed] !!! bought hydrogenius water bottle from dream mat for $120 thinking it would be excellent quality hydrogen water bottle . Turns out its the exact same rubbish quality bottle you can buy for $30 on eBay or Amazon.Talk about misleading advertising. The company has not responded to my requests for a refund. AVOID !!!!

Good product – I find myself good with them, the product is a game changer for my back pain, better than the muscle mat I bought ages ago mattress topper from Muscle Mat just gave me pain all the time, Dream Mat is the real deal here. Customer support was really helpful, I will definitely purchase again from this online site.

Comfy Dream Mat Mattress Topper – Very happy with my purchase - Dream Mat Mattress Topper. It made the most uncomfortably hard mattress able to sleep on and adds a layer of luxury to the mattress we currently sleep on. Postage took a while - Ordered 5th Jan, dispatched 9th arrived 15th. I would purchase from Dream Mat again.
