(note that the pattern will change based on how many times the areas are cleaned - great to ensure coverage!) is easy, and the real-time progress on the app is great.

A little planning is required to get the most out of the unit. The sensor seems to avoid most objects (apart from the lowest objects such as floor mats - which will slip around with the weight of the vacuum), but this does mean some corners are missed. The unit is quite large in diameter, so planning placement of the dock and where the unit can access is important. Similarly, although very slim, the total height of the unit won't get under all our furniture - a good excuse for new furniture in our case! Making sure that chairs are put up where possible, tables are arranged with plenty of space for the unit to make its way around, and any small objects are off the floor are key. The mapping on the app is great, but a little frustrating to realise that an area wasn't covered because an object was seemingly in the way.

Have not tried the mop function yet, but will be doing so in the coming weeks - main concern is the possibility of a leak, or a "wet spot" developing where the mop attachment contacts the floor. However, setting-up no mop zones on the Xiaomi Home app was easily done.

As other reviews mention, this won't replace the standard stick vacuum with a bit of elbow grease, but is an minimal effort way of regularly cleaning the floors. Very happy with our purchase and looking forward to seeing what the longevity of the device (and need for replacement parts) will be - especially given the majority of stick vacuums at this price point generally need no further servicing or parts.

surprised by the amount of stuff it picks up every time. My tiled area is no match for the L10 Pro, it picks up everything as I expected it would. If I am to be honest and critical however the auto carpet boost feature seems to be a little touchy; I find it doesn’t always automatically up the power to turbo mode when it goes over my rug. On carpets this is a none issue as I manually set it to turbo. All in all, its not a deal breaker.

With regards to the mop, I do not use this feature, haven’t even tried it (the unit wasn’t bought this) therefore I cannot comment on it.

Mapping and Avoidance: awesome! It allows me to store a couple of maps, covers most of the floor without missing much and goes around even the smallest of items (generally without touching, sometimes a small tap). Thumbs up for not falling down my stairs! The mobile app is great; easy to use, displays all the information I need and has plenty of options.

Battery wise, I can do an entire floor one about half battery or less – I might even be able to the whole house but since I schedule upstairs one day then downstairs the next, I have no need. All in all, I am happy with the battery life.

Cleaning the L10 Pro is quick, simple, and painless. The main brush comes out easily, the sides pop out to help untangle anything caught, the provided brush with cutter does a great job of getting the tangles out. The container inside comes out easily, as does the filter. If I had any feedback here it would be with regards to the dust container – it could be a little larger (not much, just slightly larger capacity would be nice) no big drama though.

I haven’t had a need to buy accessories yet, but my quick search online found plenty and a relatively cheap price, so I don’t think this would be a problem either.

Would I buy the Dreame Bot L10 Pro again? Most definitely and I highly recommend it to anybody in the market for a robot vacuum.

It’s been a year. It’s still going strong – I love this vac. Does a great job with our pets. Can increase suction on carpet where the most fur is. Very happy – It was with trepidation I purchased it, but I am delighted I did! Works so well on my hard floors and gives an extra power boost when it detects carpet. The mopping feature is basically a damp cloth wipe but generally that’s all my floors require. Show reply

Great to keep floors acceptably clean – Quiet, and faster than older models. Obviously, not as good as manual vacuum cleaning or mopping. Great at maintaining the floor when I am busy with work. I am happy with the purchase. Also got a good price. Show reply

I am seeking to return this and get a full refund, seeking steps required to action this – Doesn’t map correctly endlessly having to search for robot and not sucking properly even after buying replacement parts

Poor product and poor customer service – Bought the Dreame Bot L10 Pro, have not have any success with a proper clean since I got this. Robot bumps into everything and kept showing laser distance sensor error. Customer service was active initially and suddenly no response for more than 1 week. Live chat or support line does not work and ask you to email. Do not waste your money!

Faulty. Company won't honour warranty – Vacuum was good when working. It first stopped working out of the blue on Nov 2 and its currently Dec 14 and I'm no closer to a resolution. Its in warranty and clearly faulty but I keep getting the run around and being told they're waiting on "higher management". many emails and phone calls to just keep getting told they're working on it. Buy a different Robovac, one with actual customer service and a warranty they might actually honour.

I think that this is hugely important for people suffering from depression and can't clean the floors - or people just too busy. You do have to raise things off the floor if you want it to clean there but that's with a mop and broom too. Run to the checkout and thank me later. BTW I spent close to 3 whole days obsessively researching (so OCD) - video's, many best of sites, comparison sites, manufacturers sites and this was a stand out recommendation. Absolute time saver. Very impressed – We have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Have been running the Dreame Bot nearly every day since purchase. Does a great job of vacuuming up pet hair and dust. We have hard floors through the house and it used to take a lot of time to vacuum once a week. Now we just send the Bot to vacuum different rooms as needed and we can get on with other tasks. One of the Best – Easy to use, clean and control. Set it off and it does the rest. Best outcome would be to get all obstacle to ensure you get the best clean. The mop function is very good. Tough dirt still require the human touch. The longest clean with strong power was 80 mins. It can even sense stairs and avoid going over it. The mirror is tricky, it try to map the mirror image of the room but its OK, the sensor prevents it from ever hitting it. Show reply

Great product and excellent value for money – We have small children and multistorey house. app that I can set him to work from anywhere! The mopping function is basic but does a solid job. It is a pull behind mop that is easy to attach. Just spraying stubborn spots prior is all that is needed for a great result. Money well spent and got it on special!

good, but can be better – two issues with it. alexa won't discover the device, so I can't issue voice commands which is quite important to me. The second issue is, it won't clean my bathrooms because of the small height difference between the rooms. Otherwise, it works fine. it completes my upper floor in one go without recharging. Buy this instead of the stick vacuum – I had a stick vacuum before I got the robot. The robot is way better with stronger suction and added mopping function. I wish I can return the stick vacuum. Show reply

Buyer beware - Non existent customer service – The robot itself is good IF it is working but buyer beware if you have any problems with it. They do not respond to any medium other than the response you get in here asking you to send an email - which they never respond to. They don’t appear to honour their warranty. Show details

Connection so bad – I am usingL10pro and during cleaning suddenly internet was disconnected. And i cant connect to robot vacuum again. I can not reset i can not do anything for connection. So bad
