anywhere. Then, once “repaired” and returned to us, it stopped working properly again within a week. Not worth the money, unreliable, and painful customer service. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

refund under their 2-year warranty, as per consumer law.

After minimal troubleshooting guidance and no resolution, the company eventually asked me to send the faulty unit back for assessment and refund processing. I followed their instructions and returned the unit, which Australia Post tracking confirmed was successfully delivered over three weeks ago. Despite this, I received no acknowledgment or updates from the company regarding the refund.

To make matters worse, after chasing them for confirmation of receipt, they inexplicably shipped the faulty unit back to me instead of processing the refund as promised. This demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and disregard for the customer’s time and effort.

The combination of poor communication, failure to honor warranty obligations, and mishandling of the return makes this an incredibly disappointing experience. Unless the company addresses these service shortcomings, I cannot recommend purchasing their products. A warranty is only as good as the service backing it, and in this case, it has been severely lacking.

I saw what a great job it was doing, and my friend showed me how simple it was to set up. I went straight home and watch some online video reviews which confirmed that the Dreame 10 Pro would be suitable for our needs. I then placed my order and it was delivered to me in regional Queensland 2 days later! I’m an older person with only average technological skills but found the Dreame easy to set up. The only problem I had was that I didn’t set it on the base properly right at the start so it wasn’t charging at all. Then I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t sync it to the wifi. I rang my friend and she had done exactly the same so was able to tell me to check out the placement, problem solved. We have two indoor dogs and one cat, and being retired we are home most of the time We are constantly in and out of the house, often not stopping to wipe our feet as well as we should! We run Mrs Mop once a day in the living areas and hallways but only every 3-4 days in the bedrooms. She transitions between tiles and carpet without missing a beat, and does a FAR better job than I did with the central vacuum system. I also hadn’t realised what a feeling of liberation I would have, not having to think about when I was going to vacuum and mop. Having the pets, it’s a job I had to do each day. If expecting visitors, for instance, I’d leave it until just before they were due, and if going out ourselves we’d have to fit the chore in around what we had planned. And I didn’t like to vacuum too early in case I disturbed the neighbours. Now I can set Mrs Mop going whilst I’m doing something else or even when I’m out and about. My husband has the app on his phone too so that either of us can can start Mrs Mop going as required. I’ve found too that the Dreame is a lot quieter than my old system so can even run it whilst watching TV (it’s just set on the factory setting, turbo would be louder I think). To sum up, it’s not often I would say I’m thrilled with a product but I really am with this. It’s extremely easy to operate, cleans better than I did with the conventional vacuum and mop, is fairly quiet. I’ve already recommended this product to others.

Great machine – Delivered in perfect condition, does an excellent job on both tiles and carpets. We are both very happy with this(It’s a dream) and will highly recommend this to all our family and friends.

Best buy – Love it, I’m a bit of a clean freak so I got mine to keep dust down on my floors I work away on a 2-1 roster and always come back feeling the dust on my floors. Not worth the money – I absolutely loved this machine for the first 18 months, the. The sensor/motherboard went in it. I was charged $99 to have it looked at, then $89 for repairs. They sent it back and it still doesn’t work. A very expensive machine for lasting 18 months. Conveniently passing the 1 year warranty before it decides to die.

Good product but wifi connectivity issues – The vac is very good and the mopping function is great but it’s not good when it won’t connect to wifi. The issue is the wifi technology isn’t up to date as you cannot connect to 5GHz wifi which is what all current internet is. Very annoying.

Great vacuum – Very happy with the vacuum & auto emptying functions of the Dreame D10. Unfortunately, even on the most powerful setting, the mop function is not great & the water tank is very small. Perhaps a thicker mop pad would help. Show reply

Our Rosie is a life changer – If you dont want to sweep all the time then this is for you. Makes you have to keep things off the floor therefore your house is cleaner and tidier. Dog fur is an issue and will on occasion block up the vacuum so i suggest getting rid of the dog or keeping it outside. :) I have not used the mopping function as yet so can not comment on that. being able to select certain areas to get cleaned, wish you could delete certain sections off the map.

Great for when you are behind on chores – Great for when you are behind on chores and need that extra help. However it does get caught on obstacles which means sometimes the job is incomplete by the time I get home.

Best clean from a robot vacuum – This vacuum would have to be one of the best for vacuuming. It also mops but needs to be filled each time into the onboard water tank which can be removed. We removed the water tank and only use it to vacuum which does an exceptional job. Looks cleaner than when we used our Dyson upright. Great product and well priced. Show reply

Absolutely Fantastic – I have had three other Robotic Vaccum Cleaners however, they were nowhere near as good as my Dreame. I just love it.. I just love it.. Just got to work out to get to vaccum my bedroom... lol.. It gets to the door and stops.

What a difference!! – Very happy with the vacuum component, I have a ragdoll cat, so keeping up with the fur means vacuuming everyday.. the robot is saving me so much time. The mopping component I'm not so impressed, so I don't use it. Overall very happy with how easy it is to use, the auto emptying and the suction power. Show reply

Best value so far – We did have another brand, until water was spilt on top of it and it stopped. We must say after reviewing several brands and model's this one kept coming up. So I saw it on special and purchased it. Very easy to setup, very happy with the app and product with usability and length of time to do the house. Carpets and tiles through the house and it's fine. Have it set to clean when we are out.

It can be loud on the high setting. We use the middle setting and it's fine.

Very pleased to try this one, will buy again.

Just to add date 6-3-25 Just wanted to update this with a follow up. Still pleased with this product have bought the usual replacement spares roller and filters and there are cheap bags that fit on temu and alike that work fine. But you can empty the bag and reuse it anyway. App is fine and simple to use. I have been eyeing of the d50 I'll wait for the price drop.

Really great! – Things I love include the length of time the battery stays charged and it recharges relatively quickly. I don’t love the app but that could be mainly my lack of understanding. water has run out. The mop pad is a bit tricky to thread onto the grooves provided. But does a good job and I do like the spot cleaning function for more stubborn spots.

Faulty product – Despite buying this months ago - it has never worked correctly due to a faulty sensor in the self empty container. I just go round and round trying to get a replacement or refund - have sent multiple emails, photos and videos of it not working but still no resolution. The vac itself works well which is why I’m giving it 2 stars. The rest of it is not worth the trouble. I would buy a different brand next time.
