Very low suction. Get tangled with rugs and doesn’t clean well under chairs or around them. A waste of money

It does great job, which I expected from it. We have lots of wooden floors and a cat, the floors feel so clean after using the vacuum. Show reply

Unable to be reviewed, our vacuum never arrived (lost by australia post) contacted both Australia post and dreame, hoping to hear back soon from anyone to see if anything can be done about it. Have tried calling dreame several times and emailed although due to being a very busy time of year haven’t heard back as yet. Was purchased on Black Friday sale

was reasonably effective but not as good as my steam mop. It is very good at mapping my house and follows instructions well. I guess I will just use it between big cleans.

Beautiful machine but once it arrived i realised it would not suit my needs. The bag in the housing unit was tiny and would have to be replaced constantly. It only came with one extra bag so would have to be a regular, ongoing purchase. I bought this so I wouldn't have to vacuum every second day, I would still have to vacuum regularly so it didn't fill the bag constantly. Suitable for a no mess, no pets house. Gave it to my niece.

butler's pantry that the L40S pro ultra also needs to clean. The L40SPro ultra, manages it very well, returning back to base to refill with fresh water and continues till the job is done and returns back to base, and the best thing is that it self-cleans, re-charges and all we have to do is empty to dirty water and refill the freshwater cylinder. we are very satisfied and highly recommend the Dreame L40S Pro Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop with Self-Cleaning and Auto-Empty Dock

This purchase turned into a really frustrating experience. I get that electronics can sometimes be faulty, but the robot vacuum I received was dead on arrival. try. I never once managed to chat with an actual person. Calling wasn’t much better — the phone line puts you on hold and then disconnects after about five and a half minutes. I had to call around eight times before finally getting through to someone.

Even though the item was DOA, they still needed supervisor approval to issue a refund, and the supervisor wasn’t available when I called. I only received a return label after pointing out their consumer law obligations.

It’s now been over 14 days since they received the returned item, and I still haven’t seen a refund.

I love my Dreame L40S Pro Ultra Robot Vacuum. If you are looking for a robot vacuum that does the job without grief, this is the one. My first robot vacuum got lost, spun in circles 'til it ran out of power 15 cm from dock. I would have to find it so many times a day. Jammed up. The Dreame really is a dream. Show reply

I am very happy with my purchase. Once the set up is established, it is so easy to program the Dreame to clean or mop or both. It is wonderful to return home at the end of the day and find my floors cleaned and mopped to perfection. Show reply

This is my second dreams vacuum. Unfortunately I prefer my old robot. This new robot takes forever to clean the whole house, having troubling docking & needs to keep recharging.

We have hard floors and random carpets in different fabrics. One month review: Does an excellent job. Worth buying if you like a spotless floor and the idea of a vacuum and clean mop every day on schedule. Sadly cannot reuse the paper dust bags but they do have a large capacity. Show reply

I love this machine. We call her Maria. My house gets cleaned 4 times a week now!!! And mopped! What a great invention. Easy to program with the app, and can do spot cleaning. I'm still working on the fine details, but a really good start. Show reply
