Dreame L10s Ultra

Dead just a few months after warranty. Likely cause is battery. They don't sell replacements so you end up having to buying AliExpress/Amazon knockoffs that advertise twice the amp hours, which is physically impossible. Poor quality product, poor support, not replacement parts. Eufy is essentially a cheap knockoff brand at an expensive price. manages the mopping water clean and dirty reservoirs is great. It even navigates our 1cm rise into ensuite easily and for the bathroom entry where the rise is too high I can have "multi-floor maps" and I just close it into the bathroom after manually placing it there and it thinks it's on a different floor and cleans that room easily. There's even an undocumented feature to allow you to easily clean the mop pad landing area so it's just a really amazing gadget - intimidating at first sure but you'll learn all the options in no time. It's ALSO a personal in house security monitor (where you manually control like a remote controlled car through the app) with 2 way voice conversations possible so I could literally be overseas and have a conversation with my house-sitter.

2/3/4/5 times automatically. Great product. MY floors have never been so clean and the best bonus feature of all, it can lift the mop pads and vacuum the rugs on its own. Most robo vac's at this price range either mop or vacuum, not both. The unit it taller but slimmer than most and has a auto use detergent bottle which is awesome.

but floor's look so much better, not embarrassed if people just drop in now. Mopping feature at recognising hard floors and carpet is great, and obstacle recognition and avoidance brilliant, has not got caught up or vacuumed anything it shouldnt. Does not get all rubbish off carpet like a barrel or handheld upright would, and naturally can not get everywhere due to size. But does a great job if regularly used. Hopefully performance continues to impress, am extremely happy with my Dreame.

Great labour saving device – Impressed with the mapping and accuracy of sensors. Great ease of use. Does 95% of the work, and we seldom have to get the manual cleaner out. Poor quality and customer service – This device spends more time off needing to be completely reset or in the factory being repaired than it does actually being used. warranty repair as well as the device being lost in transit. I have finally received the device back from dreame only to find it covered in buffs and scratches. Also when the device actually works I find the mop function to be very poor and generally makes my floors dirtier than what they were to begin with. This device has been the biggest waste of money and is a very regrettable purchase.

Love it!! – Absolutely love my new robo vac. Does a great job, have had no issues. Mops well too. We set it to clean morning and night. Love that it fills itself with water and empty’s dirty water. Empty’s the dust itself too. App is pretty easy to use and change all the settings. Really no complaints! Worth the money especially if you’re a mum or have pets! Show reply

Dreame Robot cleaner - L10s Ultra – So far, the L10s Ultra has been worthwhile. Although it has a carpet cleaning function, it is almost useless. Fotunately, 80% of my house has hard wood floors.

Save me lots of time – I have had my Dreame Robot now for a couple of months. I absolutely love it, it does an amazing and thorough job. I love that you can use it from your phone as well, and it sends messages when it has finish. I have a large tile area plus carpets and it all gets done perfectly. Show details ·  1

large item, this was not an easy task. I asked the Repair person specifically what repair would be made and he assured me they would not replace my item with a "Refurbed" Machine.

The machine that was returned, not only leaked water all over my house, but was also clearly NOT the unit that I had sent to them for repair. I rang them 6 times before before getting a response, at which point I was sent another RTA sticker to send the unit back... again.

I emailed Customer Support asking for a Refund - that has been completely ignored.

The mopping function is excellent, our tiles come up extremely clean. The vacuuming is good but not perfect, it leaves behind fluff in the carpet occasionally which is little disappointing, but it is excellent at picking up hair! Our old traditional Miele vacuum would frequently get caught up with hair, but the Dreame manages to suck it up without a problem. Occasionally I need to take the rubber blade out to remove hair, but it collects in the corners and takes seconds - very impressed with this.

Making changes to the map in the app is a bit fiddly, but I've used several other competitors apps and this is by far the best. There's definitely some "Engrish", but it's not too bad.

Love my Dreame L10 Ultra – I had Dreame W10 for 12 months that I loved but decided to upgrade to a Dreame L10 Ultra so it would easily go straight from vacuuming to mopping without having to take the mops pads on and off. Our house has a large tiled area and as we live near the beach, it means that the tiles are always clean and never have that sticky feeling from the salt air.
