I’ve hired a few dresses from here now for different events, and every time I pop in to try stuff on, the girls are super lovely and helpful. had either cigarette burns or teeth marks. I travelled 3 hours to visit this shop and was very disappointed.

The worst online hire experience I have ever had. The dress turned up trashed and dirty. The customer service from [Name Removed] was appalling, rude, condescending and refused to give a refund no matter what the circumstances. Literally go anywhere else for your special events.

day before and it was a size 12 that fitted perfectly My daughter called to inform you and all you could say was because the tag was taken off a Hire gown there would be no refund yet would you not need to be Re tagged for some other poor person to wear ? The Dress was never worn, inaccurate in size, poor quality that if we tried to lace it up the string would break. Utterly ridiculous not sure consumer wise how you get away with it

cheating, wrong, and horrible condition. I am sure they would have noticed this damage of sewing mark by dry cleaner or the staff who managed to check the dress condition. It was only last minute that we needed to choose another dress, and shoes and all accessories were needed again urgently. To receive it in such an appalling state to be told by the staff, "if you are unhappy with the dress quality, you can bring it back," was incredibly upsetting. Additionally that staff remarked that this sort of issue was nature of hiring dress. Receiving a dress like this just two days before a significant event was absolutely shocking and stressful. There was no genuine apology, and we were left with no option but to hire a dress in condition unprepared and the one which have been worn by so many people as a display item. I hope no one else has to have this horrible experience again.

Absolutely wonderful! – Absolutely wonderful customer service! My event was moved forward a week and I emailed with very little notice to advise of this. Customer care person moved my booking for me and let me know the very next day! Garment is as stated and I will not hesitate to recommend this business to my family and friends. Outstanding!
