Bought chairs from them. Overpriced. Not a superior product by any means. Unfortunately we had put ourselves into a position where we needed chairs then and there and had left ourselves with Drifta as the only option. We were trusting friend's recommendation. Under a year and one chair fell apart. Drifta agreed to refund the money. One month on and still no refund received.

Not worth your money, have the 1.4 desert cruiser rooftop tent. Zip is broken, won't go back on the tracks. Emailed them telling them my issue and they don't seem to care, very poor customer service. For the money you spend, cheaper rooftop tents zips don't break at least. Poor quality. So anyone looking don't bother....go else where!

Very poor customer service and management due diligence. Would not recommend buying or dealing with this company. They are scamming thieves. Refusal of refund on error processing order, on items that i have not and will not receive. Just keeping my money for the fun of it :)

Not very helpful and certainly super slow to process online orders. Be my first and last order from them. Absurd really. Got zero correspondence in regards to my order, not an email or anything. They can be so much better. But are not interested in being getter at all. So save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else. They not worth the effort. Show details

Needed the product, but the incredibly high postage rate ( nearly 1/3 of the item cost ) and not very fast delivery mean I'll not return and not recommend. Noticed that the postage on the website for my order was set as kitchen drawers, yet I did not purchase kitchen drawers or anything resembling kitchen drawers. My only conclusion is Drifta have… Read more

set their postage to kitchen drawers to make the postage dearer. This points to a company that wants to rip off buyers on postage. Not very ethical, not very customer-focused and simply not very honest. Although I purchased, I'll not be back

After sales was great – Purchased 2 seat organisers, after 8 months the stitching started to pull. Sent them a email and got a response with in the hour. They sent me replacements straight away. Yes it shouldnt happen in the first place, but in my experience the after sales service was great.

Postage SUX! – For $65 shipping, I would assume you could pack and send my order in less than 10 business days. I hope the product quality makes up for the over priced and delayed shipping, but I guess I will have to hurry to and wait and see....... Show details

Electric Blanket 12v and poor customer service – I was not planning in writing any feedback even knowing the product is faulty, but as Drifta CS failed in replying to my messages I have no other option, maybe now I will get a reply. The product is poorly construct, just a generic 12v blanket anyone can get from Alibaba, product is faulty, even knowing it is turned on the blanket will not warmup. Show details

Drifta Stockton supplied & installed Mounts failed on short drive. Roof Top Tent (to date) almost very good – #1. DRIFTA ROOF TOP TENT MOUNTS FAILED / LESS THAN IDEAL AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE It was of significant concern for me, when two (2) of our four Drifta Stockton supplied and installed Mounts, fully failed (came fully loose) on our short drive home, from the Drifta Showroom. The Mounts lasted about 25km before failing - the Mounts came fully… Read more

apart / while travelling at speed on the M1 - surrounded by cars and trucks - also travelling at speed. The Drifta Roof Top Tent went sideways on our Trailer, and was at significant risk of flying off - At potential risk of causing death, injury and or property damage.

If we hadn't been watching closely - Our Drifta Roof Top Tent failure came too close to possibly resulting in a death, injury or property damage.

The Drifta Stockton response to my failed Drifta Mount communicated failed Mount concern, has to date, been slow & disappointing.

I appreciate everyone is busy, stressed etc and there are always excuses.

The failed Drifta Mount experience did "put the scares up" my Wife and I.

Prior to purchase, we went to Drifta Stockton with our Trailer, hoping for expert and reasonable roof top tent guidance. Our proposed Trailer top installation was clearly discussed with the Drifta Salesman prior to purchase, on purchase & on pick up. We made it clear this was our first roof top tent - we did not have previous Roof Top Tent experience. No concerns were raised by the Drifta Stockton Salesman.

I communicated to Drifta Stockton, from the very beginning - That: * I am not wanting compensation & I do not wish to take legal action. * I only concerned about the Mount and Public Safety.

My concerns are - 1. Is the Drifta supplied Mount product and installation process robust and safe enough for ALL applications? 2. If Drifta Mounts are not perhaps fully compatible for all applications - Should this be communicated by Drifta Stockton - prior to sale? 3. Is public safety being put at risk by less than ideal roof top tent installation process / controls? 4. Should Drifta Stockton be responsible for ensuring all Roof Top Tents leave the showroom in a safe condition and, should customers be provided with good opportunity to fully understand what is required for safe installation?

My Drifta Mount experience was not acceptable, Drifta Stockton do not appear to be effectively listening to my concerns.

#2. DRIFTA ROOF TOP TENT To date, our Drifta Roof Top Tent has been close to a good Tent.

In my opinion, a few design items could be significantly improved.

The hinged hard top design is good. So far, our Tent has been watertight. Putting the Tent up and down is efficient (Initially it took me a little time to work out a couple of set up and pack up "tricks").

However, I believe our Drifta Roof Top Tent could be better: 1. Doors & windows are inefficiently fixed at the bottom. The Door and Windows would be much better if fixed at the top - with a Tie Up facility. The current arrangement results in either the Door Flap flopping down the Ladder - Blocking the Ladder Step and creating an additional unnecessary fall (from height) risk. Or a slip risk if the Door Flap is pushed over the bed (when entering or exiting). Or a wet bed risk - On a wet windy night - If the flap is alternatively pushed over the bed before entering the Tent. This design inefficiency could be an easy design fix. 2. Drifta Stockton confirm they do not supply Grab Rails for their Roof Top Tents - This is an unnecessary safety risk when climbing a Ladder into a Drifta Roof Top Tent - Perhaps 1.8 metres plus above ground. Significantly increases the risk of slipping down the ladder & causing injury. This risk is easily reduced by installing two Grab Rails (We have designed our own Grab Rail arrangement - In my opinion, our Grab Rails (1 each side of the Drifta Ladder) work well, look good and are relatively low cost). 3. The Drifta Ladder design does not appear to facilitate the steps to lock into evenly spaced steps for all steps. A ladder with uneven steps is unnerving - particularly at night / in the dark / after a beer - This creates an additional unnecessary safety risk. 4. The Drifta Ladder does not always securely lock into place - Our Ladder has not fully failed (yet) - however the rungs have slipped into a non horizontal position. Our Drifta Ladder appears to have a production / quality error - I do not know if this is a common Drifta Ladder problem. 5. The standard Drifta mattress is quite hard / not particularly thick sponge. 6 Drifta Stockton after Sales Service could do with some improvement. If customer feedback is handled effectively - This is usually an excellent improvement opportunity / An opportunity to change what might be a poor customer experience into a good experience. To date, I am not happy with Drifta Stockton after sales service.

My suggestion to all Roof Top Tent first time customers - Make sure you agree competent and installation support and instruction (verbal and written) will be provided - Before agreeing to purchase.

Yes everything comes at a cost - Far better than a safety problem occurring.
