charged, they completely tried to back track and say we only said you may be charged... I have the emails. That's clearly not what they said and implied. So I ended up having to buy 2 orders of the same thing as a Christmas gift, the 2nd because they told me the 1st one already shipped and wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but when I checked the shipping info on Fedex, they picked them up at the exact same time. The 2nd order never arrived, and they say they are investigating and basically and told me I have to wait at least 7 days before the determine if I get a refund, and the 1st order that arrived late, I'm having to pay to return, then I'm told it'll be 2 weeks before I receive a refund. Do not shop here!!!! Horrible customer service. They lie to you. Please, be smart, shop elsewhere!!

Used for years – Love drjays it offers clothes that you can not get here in Australia . Since seasons are different you can always grab awesome sales . Last purchase was kids sets for my boys 3 items for $15 great quantity on some brands . Down side is postage is very pricey now and some brands cnt be shipped

Buyer beware!!! – Sizes are not accurate. Clothing brands appear fake. Customer service was rude. Do not buy from this store. I complained about the sizing and was told there website has a disclamer in relation to that. So in other words they know there dizes are off but dont care.

Very good quality – I recently purchased shoes and clothes off the website for the kids and it arrived very quickly. I found they were great quality and very cheap! The shoes are especially good and the kids loved them. The sizes are pretty much accurate as well. If you want a bargain then try out this website Love the quality

Terrible service – I usually wouldnt when using a webpage but this site was new to me and american so I clearly read their shipping policy, terms of business etc. I placed 2 orders and not one of them came and I didnt even get an email to say why. slightly aggressive. No reason, no answers why, just rude.

The first order they changed and didnt process. So I called and they told me to make it again. The second order they just didnt process. I have emailed them and been ignored so I am just glad I do not have to speak to them again.

The responses on here might have counted 2-3 years ago, but I dont believe the responses on here recently as Ive now read alot of negative press from forums on this site in the last year.

perfect – i received my items within a week of ordering online. once ordered they sent me emails on the tracking and where the shipping is at. all items purchased are as described and look online and also great quality the best thing is the great prices and discounts available when you purchase from them easy to deal with and efficient

wrong size...no return post refund! – They send Australians US sizes without informing them they are very different to our size or even telling you the size you get is a US size. They wont refund your postage to return them which makes returning the boots unviable. good price return postage can cost more tn the item is worth
