Golf Balls Unavailable Online – Went online to buy some golf balls, tried Srixon Q Star Tour no stock, tried similar for Taylormade then Titliest all no stock. Tried to validate my Drummond Membership number to register and it just kept spinning. As I have gift cards I need to use Drummond Online as there are no stores local. Extremely poor experience.

Customer service – Purchased a gift voucher on line and l incorrectly listed the wrong postal address. Your telephone staff were the most helpful and considerate people to deal with and my error was quickly and efficiently resolved. Very grateful and relieved. Jennifer
Never by from the online store – This mob will never accept responsibility for their mistakes. They always try to blame the buyer when something goes wrong with a delivery that gets returned dfue to what they say is your fault for giving an incorrect address. They used to be a good outfit to deal with, but sadly after many years dealing with them, no more, you just cant trust them.
Terrible experience – Placed an order online for a new set of Wilson irons. 6 weeks later and numerous emails with rude and condescending replies my clubs eventually arrived. Never again will I purchase anything from this joke of a company. Be warned, Drummond golf are happy to take your money but slow in delivering.
Honestly impressed – Facts! : ordered p790 4-P irons, taylormade bag and a new odyssey putter. They were advertised to arrive within 30 days. promptly, but they had made sure it had a personal touch. The packaging was so secure they could have fallen off the truck and came delivered to me without a scratch. All codes on the product to the individual wrapping were a match wich tells me that they were still brand spanking new from taylormade factory. I would also like to state that this order was made in 2 different orders not just 1 complete order and still all arrived within 3 days. Outstanding job from your staff!.

have understood if they could only offer store credit. Was basically told too bad, so sad. So, rather than losing out on what could have been a simple $200 that would have been spent in your store, you lose all my future custom, and that of the 6-8 people I regularly play with who were equally aghast at your response. This is not a franchise we will return to.
Amazing customer service! – My first online order and I am definitely coming back. I had a slight issue with the goods and their customer service responded almost immediately and with such a wonderful solution. Best customer experience with online shopping I've had in a long time!
Amazing Price and Service – Ordered 4 dozen Srixon AD333s then another 3 dozen of the same. 7 dozen for an astonishing price. Received them 2 days later. Who needs to buy the second hand jobs (no pun intended). Keep up the great work guys.
Not offered a refund, contradiction to their website – Ordered $250 worth of products online. All said they were in stock. Received an email a few days later to say they will not have the items in stock for 20 days and will post it after that. Their website stated that if an item is not in stock you will be offered a refund. They did not offer one. Have raised it with PayPal to get a refund. very poor customer service.
Golf balls – I ordered X2 boxes of golf balls on line 24/2/20 They stated that the balls would be delivered by 6th March. Did they come NO. Sent X2 Emails, did they reply NO Not happy at all. Will be be ordering from you guys again.
Awesome Golf Shoes!! – Never thought I would own a pair of Ecco golf shoes. Normally priced elsewhere at $349. Saw online at Drummond Golf sale for $ 87! Phoned office about sizing and they were extremely helpful. Shoes arrived quickly and are so comfortable. Great quality. Thanks Drummond!
