F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C – I had a similar pair many years ago by a manufacturer that closed. Never ever, did I think I would find the same BUT BETTER! ordered the BLAVAND slide, ahhh, the comfort, the QUALITY, although a bit costly, these shoes with the crepe soul will last for years, so well worth the purchase! BUT THE NICEST THING was the personally hand written letter… Read more
to me, thanking me for my purchase...amazing. highly recommend these shoes. Perfect all year round and for the office.
Not enough available stars – I need more stars to correctly rate this store. The Natural Shoe Shop at Fitzroy North, Duck Feet. The customer service and shoe choice requires a-lot more stars than just 5, its a Fabulous store. Show details
Great wide toe shoes, made to be comfortable and serviceable with environmental and ethical credentials – The duckfeet store in Nth Fitzroy carries the full range of shoes, boots and sandals in almost all the sizes. If you're buying with intentionallity so that shoes aren't throw away items and are made properly by people who are paid fairly to do so, then the shoes are going to cost more. But they will last many times longer, and be a pleasure to… Read more
wear. These shoes represent more that a great comportable shoe. They represent what it means to invest in things that are good for people and the planet.
The staff at the store today where very patient and keen to make sure that myself and my friend walked away with shoes that fitted well and ensured long term satasfaction. Thanks Nick for your time, patience and for getting out many pairs of shoes so that my friend was happy with just the right new shoes for her. Very comfortable shoes.
Well made, but strangely narrow – I have wide feet, and I thought the whole idea of the Duckfeet brand was to accommodate broad 'duckfeet', but I found the Ringkobing sandals to be narrow, not wide. I ordered the sandals from an online store. According to the size guide I should have ordered a size 36, but they were out of that size in the colour I wanted, so I ordered a 37,… Read more
plus a 38 just in case. I'm glad I ordered both sizes, because I couldn't get my feet into the 37 at all, and even the 38 was snug in the width. I do love the look of the sandals and they seem well made, so I am keeping the 38 even though they are a bit too long on me. I will have to wear them with thick socks around the house for a while to stretch out the leather a bit.
I'm disappointed, as I was hoping to love the Duckfeet brand, but they didn't fit the way I thought they would at all. I wouldn't buy another style unless I could try them on first.
Men's shoes for wide feet – Duckfeet are shoes made out leather and pure rubber in Denmark. They are more expensive than some brands, but this is off set by the fact that they can be resoled. They are sturdy, look good and are available in several colours. The rubber soles have a good bounce and grip on smooth surfaces. They do not have arch support but I found arch… Read more
cushion inserts from "Neat Feet" will fix that problem . The County of Bourke in Brunswick Street Fitzroy are the importer and retailer of the whole range. I love my Fyn Duckfeet!
