Terrible. Course content is poorly constructed. Learning materials are poorly written by AI. Students must interact with chat bots as if they are people. Assessments bear little relevance to the (minimal) learning materials given. SERIOUSLY: even if you are offered a free course by your job search provider: GO ELSEWHERE. You've been warned.

Follow-up  · Attempts to get help were unproductive. The trainer didn't try to understand the issues I was having with the platform and course delivery, instead she was defensive and condescending and suggested the problem was mine and I should look elsewhere. This flies in the face of the principle of inclusivity that they preach at every opportunity. They SAY they will support learners, but they have not been understanding, helpful, or even respectful. This review sounds too extreme to be real- even to me. But my job search provider assures me I am not their only client who has shared such experiences, and they no longer promote the college. They have had a lot of clients drop out (I will be another) so rather than allow the continued waste of funds and discouragement of learners, they now give the heads up to anyone who expresses an interest in it-particularly anyone over the age of 20.
