Dupli-Color Rust Fix

I bought 10 cans, used the first under my trucks older windscreen rubber on the cavity there. Rainwater gets in but can’t dry, rust was starting. I cleaned and removed all rust, and sprayed throughly underneath in that gap. Then I sealed with quality Sika the rubber onto the frame. Over the time rust is building up under the rubber, rust fix didn’t not convert the remaining surface, or built an oxygen blocking layer over it. I also sprayed all spokes on my new Merida bike, as I noticed its prune to rust. There also no effect, the spokes are rusting heavy. I have to wire-brush them and use Zink antirust, which is at least proven.

They sell us Australians trash, time to complain.
