Bad design – This product does not give continuous water supply. You fill top section which feeds to bottom section, then when bottom section is emptied, you fill top section and wait hours for the whole process to work again. There is no gauge to tell you when the bottom section is empty. Best go back to the stoneware gravity filters.

Beautiful pure water! Fantastic! – We are loving our new British Berkefeld Ceramic Water Filter! Once I figured out the instructions it worked great but I think some clearer and more visual information would help put it together! Make sure you prime the filters properly, otherwise you'll experience a nasty bitter taste. After some trial and error, we managed to get ours working properly and now have a ready and portable supply of pure drinking water which is 95% fluoride free! Can't wait to test it out on our up coming camping trip. inexpensive, energy efficient, doesn't waste water like other filters instructions poorly written and presented, a bit confusing without lots of images.
