So helpful and knowledgeable with great service. they can also go very quickly within the hour.
Helpful service as usual – Prompt and efficient fix on minor issue in line with professional and very good service levels provided for regular servicing when required As always helpful and good value Thanks
Customer and business relationship is the key – If you are about to be or intending to be a bicycling devotee, then it is in your interest to establish a relationship with Durban Cycles, Sutherland. Almost twenty years ago, I presented my 1981 Apollo IV for service. It is still roadworthy thanks to Durban Cycles. I updated to Giant MkI in 2015 (long overdue) and have recently updated to Giant MkII. Their knowledge and expertise will keep you cycling safely and affordably.
Quite Simply The Worst Service Ever! – Dropped a rear wheel in to be fixed. They had it for 2 weeks, pulled it apart, said it was a broken freehub and too hard to fix. I ended up researching and getting the replacement freehub myself ($136). They said it didn’t fit and asked me to collect the wheel unfixed. I took it to another bike shop (Bike Bug at Tempe) who fixed it in an hour...it was a small spring ($10)...and they returned the freehub for me. Don’t take anything to Durban to be fixed...hopeless and arrogant!!
Excellent cycling specialists – Great shop run by professionals always willing to help. Highly recommended. Have turned to them for buying a new bike for my son and repairs. Never regretted. Five stars out of five.
