After that a new mattress can be tried for 30 days, and if still not satisfied money will be refunded. Simply quality is so good, that they can offer this warranty, not to mention that dusk and dawn won best mattress of Australia 3 years in a row.
Bought a queen Signature MK2 medium 3 years ago. Arrived within the time frame outlined and it still as comfortable now as it was then. My now adult kids still come in and tell me my bed is really comfy. I was a bit worried it would be too heavy but I can turn it quite easily.
Fast Delivery to Perth, WA. The most comfortable mattress I have slept on.

web site, only to find a popup! they don't deliver to Coffs Harbour NSW. So I Completed the online contact form to follow up on the Australia Wide Free Delivery and, no reply! Phoned, left message for a return call, no return call! Then filially phoned again and was put through, explained the Free Delivery and was told that written offer was a mistake and they didn't respond to my contacts as they weren't sure how to respond to me.
They could not offer any solution at all to their Free Delivery.
Not how customer service should be!!
They do not offer delivery to Coffs Harbour NSW under and circumstance, unless it's a recent change. I am not in the boomies?
