AVOID AT ALL COST – Terrible customer service, not contactable, no update on purchased mattress after 4 weeks. They said before I purchased in chat 10-13 business days, worst expectation and lie. No update to even say its delayed or late. Poor customer service!

$3000- on their signature mattress and it’s not worth even a tenth of that. Sore back everyday, sagging mattress and terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it. To say I regret my purchase is an understatement. and Dawn" an Australian mattress manufacturer with reasonable pricing, I decided to try yet another mattress as I was desperate to get some sleep and pain relief. Now after few weeks of sleeping on this mattress i have not had a single sleepless night or breathing problems or pain and I must say, wish I had bought this earlier instead of suffering so much on Tempur and fighting with Tempur and Snooze to do something. So yes I do recommend Dusk and Dawn mattress that I bought online. However I do wake up with some neck and upper shoulder pain but it could be my pillow. Let's see if a change of pillow will improve this issue....... Fingers crossed! Can't emphasis enough on my suffering on that horrible Tempur mattress. Hope this helps you all!!

Really Poor Overall – I have ordered this mattress November last year and mattress was delivered last week. It took more than 3 months and dozens of phone calls and emails to get the mattress delivered. I had to basically ask full refund few times before they arrange the delivery. until Thursday next week. Dusk n dawn are blaming the transport company saying they closed over Xmas and have given me three different dates they apparently started again this year. All sounds like crap to me. Quick to take our money and now won’t deliver.

sizes and differing sleeping styles (50kg petite side sleeper with shoulder pain vs. 95kg 6.3ft back/side sleeper with various military work injuries) we really struggled with this process, to find something that possibly might suit us both.

For this reason, it was really helpful to us that the company offers a custom firmness option. That was also a major factor in why we chose Dusk&Dawn. The staff member that we spoke to over the phone was really lovely, and so helpful in clarifying this customisation process, as well as the delivery instructions.

After the custom soft mattress arrived it was still very firm for the first 2 nights, even causing neck and back stiffness after waking (for side sleeper). Then we read that it can actually take a while for the mattress components to settle and soften. On the third night the mattress had relaxed more and it is now perfect to sleep on our side, even for the petite side sleeper.

We have both noticed reduced neck and back pain since using this mattress. We also love the pocket spring system that seems to accomodate the hips and shoulder areas to 'sink in' when side sleeping. The pocket springs have also helped reduce the disturbance from eachothers movements during sleep or when someone leaves the bed earlier in the morning.

Through our research we found the build quality and material components are equal to, if not more superior to, the major in-store mattress brands which retail at many times the price. After hitting all the stores we found nothing that compares in comfort to our Dusk&Dawn.

Huge win to find a mattress that we both actually love, that we couldn't even find after trying so many mattresses in-store. Keep up the great work Dusk&Dawn!

I suffer from chronic lower back pain. It took me about just over a month to get used to it. You need to give yourself a bit of time to adjust. Now I don't wake up with any back pain and feel refreshed and don't want to get out!!!

I love it because it’s quite a deep mattress and fitted sheets actually fit, no puddling or rucked sheets anymore.

If you’re on the fence about buying from an online mattress store, you need not worry - they’re as good as their word and the mattresses are made locally (in Melbourne) by one of the industries finest.

My only gripe is that I wish I had have splurged for the Signature! Maybe next time!

Try before you buy – They ordering and delivery process was perfect. Customer service has been great. I don’t believe I chose the correct bed for my back and I haven’t really noticed any difference in my sleep patterns. I have communicated with Fiona from Dusk&Dawn and with the 100 day trial period they will upgrade my mattress. My new mattress – Our mattress feels supportive. But I am finding the sides are too soft. It could be a bit snugger on he body when sleeping. However my partner is feeling over heated in it. My partner definitely doesn't like the super soft sides and I am not to fond of it as well it feels supportive. Theneck feels better. is an amazing mattress. It is both supportive and comfortable - just the combination I was after. It has a plush top that makes it feel luxurious and yet the mattress provides good support for my back. It feels like a luxury mattress but doesn’t have the luxury price tag. I also bought the Dusk Base, which is well made and sturdy.

improved greatly and we are both having the best nights sleep we have in a long time. Can’t believe we tolerated our other mattress for so long. I also purchased an aloe sense pillow and it’s amazing, completely moulds to my head and I don’t wake up with a sore neck anymore.
