Great experience – Paul was super helpful and did a great job of getting my air-con clean and even got the vent opening more smoothly. I really like that Dynamic have their prices on their website so there are no surprises! Highly recommended.
No customer engagement – Arrived to service 5 split systems. Did not introduce himself. I asked him to walk me through the standard service. He bcame agitated and said i assume you would have read the deailts on the web site. Started to read from web site very quickly, i asked hims to pls slow down. He said "here read it yourself". i said "no assume you would know what you do without reading it". He said "you're too much trouble and drove away. VERY poor customer skills. Show details
Absolute BEST Service Ever! – Paul is an absolute legend. Booking system was incredibly simple, confirmation and reminders sent and then turned up on time with a smile. me I had to replace the whole system. Instead Paul tracked down a part and had it all sorted before he left the building. Within 48 hours he managed to get back, replace the fan motor and heat was pumping 30 minutes later. Could not recommend these guys enough.
Very pleased – Had cooler serviced by Paul, efficient and on time, all good. A couple of weeks later had more problems Paul advised my cooler was still under warranty and assisted with information to have cooler repaired under warranty. Very pleased
Unqualified for Brivis Heating – I booked Dynamic Heating & Cooling Essendon Vic for a Brivis service. He quickly determined that the installers had done a terrible jobs and he need to fix it. He spend 2 hours in the roof, re-fitted some ducts that had detached, and charged me $200. He then said that the controller was broken because he didn't understand our multi-zone… Read more
temperature system and charged me $300. With the service charge the total cost was $700.
The next day i realised that that we could no longer set our multi temperatures, only single. When i phoned him again he said he did not know about the multi-zone system and that it must be a new technology, though we have had our ducted heating for 4 years, but he would look into it. It turned out it was possible but he did not know how to setup it up. He would charge me $44 an hour while he learnt how to do it. When i asked him why he tried to service my heater when it did not know how it worked he abused me and i hung up.
The next week i got a professional in and they quickly confirmed that he is incompetent. The, now old, controller was fine and in 2 min they set the multi temperature zones back up. They also fixed the ducts that Paul 'fixed' as they were leaking as they hadn't been taped well. I am $700 poorer but a little wiser and will never use Dynamic Heating and Cooling again. I strongly recommend not using them.
Split system service – Very disappointed and I feel the charges for split system service was over charged. I will never call you company for service or repair ever again.
Great Service, good value – Just had my heater serviced by Paul from Dynamic Heating & Cooling, very pleased overall. Easy to book online, was on-time, the service was thorough explaining what was going to be done during the service call. Paul was also pleased to explain when ,what any potential future faults I may incur with the type of Omega system installed. Highly recommended.
After a quick buck without servicing – Booked a service with Dynamic Heating & cooling Essendon Vic, showed up 1 hour late, even after giving a 2 hour window of arrival, asked to turn on the heating system and went out to get his ladder and was on phone while on service call at my place. is producing higher levels of CO and will need to be decommissioned. said he will lodge it with Energy Safe Victoria. Charged call out fee along with 30 minutes of labor, for typing out the invoice, instead of servicing the heating system.
As I did not feel comfortable, I called Energy Safe Victoria to discuss the situation and take their advice. Person was knowledgeable and after listening to the details, suggested to take a second view and book another service call with Gas plumber.
Called the director of Dynamic Heating to ask why he did not service the unit, before taking the CO reading, he could not give any satisfactory answer and said he can come back and service it, then he changed and said there is no point, as the unit need to be decommissioned.
A second call was booked and the Professional checked the whole unit thoroughly, including gas pressure, burner pressure he checked CO levels - surprise surprise - the System was is very good condition and he gave 'All OK' with 0 ppm of Co omission.
After the second service, I have written emails to Dynamic Heating twice, however, he has not bothered to reply or refund my money.
Taking matter to VCAT ....
