Great E bike repair service. Fast, courteous and inexpensive. They've serviced my converted E bike a couple times. Most places won't service bikes they haven't sold.

Real scammers – Guys please don’t trust them, they are scammers. My friend lost his 300 dollars by giving them the money in advance.

BTW, for the purposes of fast claim process with NSW Fair Trading , you may tell your friend to prepare all the related evidence, such as transaction history, receipts, chat history, relevant photos, business details and contact person, if you don’t have receipt, you may tell Fair Trading that the business refuses to give your friend receipt. By-Law, all the transaction amount over $70, the business should provide receipt to customer. It is really helpful to your friend. Thanks!
This is the follow up write on the date of 04/10/2025, Since you posted your review for the scammers issues from us about 9 months ago, we still haven't received any compliant case from NSW Fair Trading or any other legal parties. Could you please teach your friend how to do that ? Or do you need us to assist you for the claim ? We are really want to know what was actual happened between your friend and our business. Can you do the quick action ? Quick ! Quick ! Quick!!!!! We can not waiting for your exciting compliant case !!
Biggest E-bike Scammer in Sydney – Don't go to this place if you are new to Sydney and trying to start it in here. These money hungry mongoose will do anything to get money from you worship you like God until get your money ,then you will see real face of these scammers, selling old bikes with [Content Removed] batteries. specially get away from this [Name Removed]. die you [Content Removed].
A problem with getting a bike from Ebikes World repaired under warranty – I had a problem with an Ancheer ebike I bought from Ebikes World in Sydney which they refused to fix unless I bought it to their shop which would mean at least 4 hours travel from where I live or else he said I would have to pay for shipping the bike to his shop and back which would cost at least $200. The problem was a plastic box that covered the electronics parts on the bike had warped so it was no longer waterproof. I told him if he posted a replacement for the plastic box I would fit it myself but he refused to do that. The problem happened 3 months after I bought it. I referred this matter to NSW Fair Trading department but they were unable to do anything about it Twice I emailed the Ancheer website to request they send the part to me as they say they would do in the manual that came with the bike but they didn't reply.

Based our conversation couple of time before, we are happy to process your warranty claim. But you can not accept our warranty policy and refuse to post or bring your bike to our workshop for repair or replacement.
Yes, We received calls from NSW Fair Trading and declared everything to them. You should as yourself that why Fair Trading unable to do anything for you? Is your request is Fair enough? We think Fair Trading protect the rights for consumer lot. At this stage, We only respect and follow the instructions from NSW Fair Trading. Thanks!
Another suggestion to protect your consumer's right if you still think the business's fraud and can't get the satisfied respond from Fair Trading, please go to NSW Tribunal , lodge a claim case with them. To see what is the final results. Because we have to protect our business rights as well. Many Thanks!

If this story was really happened，Can you pls ask your friend to take the legal action to raise the claim case through NSW Fair Trading and do the correct way to protect consumers rights. Or report us to the local police for the business scams. Very easy to do . If you don’t know how to do that, we may teach you. Do not waste your time bark here. Otherwise we will report it as defamation.
