Hey guys I love the e-one machine worth every penny spent I am completely hairless in all the areas I purchased it for. Unfortunately I have misplaced the power cord is there an option to buy the power cord only to fit Australian power point? Look forward to your response

Can you use it on light coloured hair?
Hi Helen, I have fair skin and light hair all over. It works for me. If you jump on to the e one site and send them an email they may have a rep in your area so you can have a test run. I cannot recommend this product enough. A few of my friends have bought other cheaper Brands and they have used it over 8 times at least now and I can still see their under arm hair.
It's a big outlay but well worth it!
I've heard stories in which people with fair skin (of which my girlfriend is one) need to avoid sunlight after use. It's hard enough getting her to go outside without putting on fifteen layers of sunscreen (she's received bad burns and even sun poisoning, straya) and I don't want to buy her a product that she'll be scared to use. Has anyone else with fair skin had issues with this?
Hi, anyone who uses any kind of hair removal treatment (laser, IPL, electrolysis, waxing) must use sunscreen for at least 48 hours after every treatment as your skin becomes very sensitive after any treatment. while it probably doesn't specifically tell you this in the instructions, getting a sunburn will prohibit you from doing any of these treatments and can cause burns and damage if used after being overly exposed to the sun.
I'm a qualified beautician and I always recommend at least 30+ sunscreen no matter the day but especially after any treatment. I am fair skinned myself so I have always had to be cautious about the sun, so as long as she doesn't go sitting in the sun and wears sunscreen she should be perfectly safe. :)

I bought it from the eone site Australia which takes u to France medical Brisbane. I also heard about fake ones but I think that is if u buy them on eBay or overseas through someone who is not an eone company.
Use France medical eone Brisbane. That's the safest option. Mine works.

Not sure since mine is pretty white.. I am tanned now and I avoid using it. Try looking what they say in the website.
