Terrible customer service rude and nasty manager – Terrible experience. Ordered hand cream online and they sent out the wrong product. Was told I would need to post back the wrong product at my own cost and they would send the right one by an employee who was asked to pass the message on 3 days after emailing them. When I said that’s not good enough and I’d be submitting a dispute to my credit… Read more
company the manager called me to give me a dressing down on how I can’t abuse staff members to get what I want which did not happen. She then said she would give me a refund but not the postage costs and I could keep the product. I said I don’t even want that I just want them to send me a postage label to post back at their cost and send me the right product, I don’t want this product they sent it’s useless. She then proceeded to argue with me and was quite nasty. In the end gave full refund which is rediculous as all I wanted was the correct product sent which the employee confirmed they have in stock. No correspondence from the owner so obviously doesn’t care how his manager behaves or treats customers. Ended up buying the product elsewhere for more than half the price these guys were charging anyway
Amazing shop with great gift ideas – I went to Eagle Wools and the products are so unique and different. There were rugs, ugg boots, candles and heaps of other great products. My wife especially liked the baby products. Definitely worth the trip
Best uggs, really good service – I bought my Uggs at Eagle Wools and my wife bought from a different company (Uggy's, I think). The stitching on the back of her boots came apart after about 18 months and mine have stayed very strong - no issues. I found the service to be excellent - they even fixed my wife's boots for free (even though they're a different brand and we bought them elsewhere!). Will definitely be returning when I eventually wear mine down.
Disappointed – I had charcoal grey car seat cover made for my Commodore Sports Wagon. While initially very good, sections of them they began to fade to a dirty green colour within 1 year. I contacted Eagle wools sometime later and was basically told "tough, that's what happens". I asked if I could have them redyed and was told they weren't dyed initially. My… Read more
response is of course that I've never seen a charcoal grey sheep. The covers were obviously made from different dye lots as there are some parts that get the same amount of sun that haven't faded. So I certainly wont be buying from them again.
