Removed] that one item of order had arrived and was being dispatched that day and other items due in next container. Item never arrived.

2/05/23 - inquired about order via email. Informed [Name Removed] dispatched item did not arrive. No reply.

17/05/23 - filed dispute for order. No response or resolution.

16/09/23 - inquired about order via email. No reply. During this time contact via phone was also attempted using both the mobile number 0401 224 310 and the landline 1300 760 664. No answer. Submitted police report CIRS-20230916-182 via ReportCyber.

This Business is a Scam – Screens ordered and paid for in late 2022 were never delivered having been told it was due to supply delays. Come July 2023 all requests for a refund were ignored. I will be reporting this business to Dept. Fair Trade and advise anyone against purchasing anything form their website.

One star is too much – Ordered items in December 22 which were supplied incorrectly. Customer service is completely non existent. 6 months later and I’m still waiting for answers. This business is a disgrace. Do not deal with them!!!

I have been scammed 101% Paypals words not mine. When paypal got involved the first time when I lodged a dispute, the seller emailed me saying I can have my money back or wait. I agreed to wait and then closed the Paypal dispute. Now I am still waiting and Paypal said they have scammed me and I will never receice the item. I did my own research and have found the company may be deregistred by ASIC 2 months after 17 May 2023. Now paypal said they will get me the money or the money will come from PayPal pocket. Be wary, this is my experience and I have never, ever experienced this in my life.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM – I placed an order with them on 20/11/22 for 2 steel growing frames and was informed I would have it by Xmas... I rang, txt'd and emailed multiple times in late December, I finally got a txt reply to say it was delayed and would be delivered on 14th February... my order did not arrive... I have tried ringing, txting and emailing weekly since and have had no reply...

do not purchase from them – I ordered 12 steel art poppies from them on the 05/12/2022. Still have not received my order. No one answers the phone when you call, no one replies to emails sent. Total rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
