Poor Service - BUYER BEWARE – My recent experience with EasyFlo Plumbing Services was not that of a pleasant one. Installation of a faulty pipe caused major damage over an 8 month period - EasyFlo were contacted to help resolve the issue but refused. of dollars to fix the issue ourselves - TO BE CLEAR, this was a new home build with a 7 year warranty (property was less than 3 months old when the issue was initially noticed).

After multiple attempts to have EasyFlo Plumbing Services help replace the pipe and resolve the issue, to our complete surprise - we were told it had nothing to do with them.

EasyFlo Plumbing Services seemed to have no issues sending invoices for payment (which we obliged on time every time). When needed to fix an issue that wasn’t picked up via quality control (post completion), EasyFlo Plumbing Services went missing.

Unfortunately, the owner once again take the hit financially when others refuse to meet their warranty obligations.
