Terrible service – Terrible service. Roller door jambs constantly and we were told too bad not their fault or problem. Have bought countless doors here. Never again. Filling a complaint with QBCC as house was only handed over 10 months ago.

Unreliable – Unreliable. Arranged a quote. Someone came out and measured up. My details were checked. Quote was never sent to me. I've since had 2 other companies come or that had an Email sent to me within 24 hours. 2 weeks later Easylift has not sent a quote or contacted me. I'd be looking to more reliable companies.

Amazing customer service from Izaac – Late yesterday afternoon l found myself unable to unlock my garage (faulty remote)… Izaac was able to help me out by driving after work hours .. solved the problem immediately and provided additional remotes… Exceptional customer service - and highly recommend his business.

materials were ready got the call to setup the install day. The guys arrived with all the gear and completed the install in a few hours. Ran through everything with me and were very helpful. Honestly a perfect experience.

Excellent service – Gary attended my townhouse today to replace the motor in my outdated garage door. He did an outstanding job. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend his work. (NOTE: Disregard the negative reviews on this site as they apply to another company in another state.)

I am happy with their works – Gary and his teammate helped replaced my garage door opener and the weather seal strip last year. The works were done very well and no more water damage in my garage in recent heavy rainy days. I am very happy with their products and services.

Very poor quality – Intalled in 2014 cost $1148.40 after 5 years it wouldn't open . They put new battery in it. Then it stopped working then they came to fix it 3 times. Every time at a cost of $165.00. Now want to replace the motor ,cost $550.00. Sorry over it going somewhere else

Serviced garage doors and fitted motors – Mick came to do the quote and advised best options and the team who installed were very efficient and explained what to do and best options to keep all in best working order. Great experience from the office to completion.

They treat you as garbage to discard as soon as they can! One star is too much for them! Don't waste your time and money and risk one of your most important parts of your house -garage door to these in-professional group and this is from our lesson of such bad experience!

Don't use ROCKHAMPTON – I used their accredited installer in Rockhampton (Easy lift Doors) and am not impressed with the service I received, at all. First it took a month to order new springs for my panel door. The quote I received was for two springs to replace the two springs on the door. the springs and then tells me they are the wrong springs. After several phone calls he talks to B&D and he is told he only needs one spring, so he disengages one of the springs and leaves. One hour later he calls and tells me that he will return the next day to remove one of the springs with some story about it cutting into the rod. He returns, removes one spring and takes it away. I write to Easy Lift Doors and ask them to adjust my quote as they took away the second spring that I had paid for. I received a lame excuse that they only ordered one spring and the second spring would have been free if they left it attached. I receive a phone call from Easy Lift Doors claiming the original quote was a typo. I told them that my research indicates springs are sold in pairs but she still insisted she only ordered one spring despite the fact two springs arrived. Very poor service. $685 to replace one spring and she claims that the spring cost half that. I doubt it.

Poor workmanship, rough and did not care quality – The guy who installed it really rough. when he removed the old front panel of my roller door, instead of he unscrewed the screws first, he just pulled it off from the wall. 3 big chunks of render came off. Just realised after the job done and the stupid left. I have to fix them myself. Do not use this guy for your garage door, call someone else.

very professional – we would highly recommend Gary from easylift Garage Doors. to service or repair your motor or garage door. a couple of installers told me over the phone to throw our existing motor in the bin . servicing to replace it. Gary was at our house with in two days .on inspection Gary advised that the motor was in good shape. he proceeded to service the springs,motor housing /cables / door, he showed us what parts to lubricate and how often and how to reset the motor. its running smooth as silk now and not stopping half way anymore. i might add my door is seven years old and i have never lubricated it. My door is not a B & D. i am just posting on Gary from easylift garage doors.
