withdrawal was made to my account but still no food and no success in trying to contact them l stopped payments. Next thing l get a call from them asking why they could not access my bank payments as per our arrangement, but still no food! I told them that even though they had two months worth of payment l had not received any food. Then they tried the foods coming line again but my reply was either l get something or cancel my membership and refund me. That's when they got nasty. Major scam don't trust still no food mo money back! And get put on hold whenever l try contacting them!

Good product especially when camping – I bought quite a few dozen meals from them. Worked out great — used them on camps etc. and I could not fault my dealings with the company or the meals provided. Show details

Worst company – First they sent me the wrong package so I got my payments stopped while they were sorting it out. Then they where ringing me demanding money I kept asking to speak to a manager they never rang back so I said I will send it back to them they said it's not an opition and said it was out of date when it weren't then before you know it I have debt collection agency ringing me. Scam your money – I am the same as Lizzy said I would try for 1 month after a lot of pressure, then a years supply arrived and IM STILL PAYING OF THE BILL, while the food sits in the cupboard as its revolting.

Absolutely terrible!! – I still have half of their crap meals just rotting in my garage. They are full of sauce and no meat of vegetables. A complete and utter rip off this company is.

Im 23 years old... im not stupid... i know to check my spam folder, it wasnt in there because they never sent it. These people are pigs. Buyer beware. Disgusting Food And A Fraudulent Company – This is FACTUAL and there are several witnesses to their inedible food and abhorrent behaviour!! They offered me a sample of their food, shakes and snacks. wouldn't even eat it!! They would not take it back - claimed I had ordered it - would not give me access to the recorded phone call I had with their telemarketer, claimed they sent me return labels - but never did. The only thing they ever sent were invoiced demanding payment. They got a debt collector onto me and I told them what had happened, they kept sending me demanding letters. Now, almost 7 years later, they have set another debt collector onto me and have blatantly told lies, they are claiming : I din't ask for recording until after they had destroyed it (funny how one of their staff claimed to have listened to the recording and told me I did order the years supply, but wouldn't let me hear the recording; they claim they sent me labels for return - in fact they told me I had to pay for return; they claim this is the first debt collector they have sent after me - it isn't - and if it is why wait 7 years??? I know the answer to this one - a debt is a debt for 7 years - if the debtor isn't located/contacted for 7 years, the debt has to be written off!!! As I have nothing to hide and a lot of witnesses, I have no problem telling their new debt collection agency the same truth I told their first one!!! Don't get involved with this company!!!

Bad – Terrible.. Bad experience. Processed food in bags you heat up in 5 minutes. Gave the food away did not want my kids to eat it. My opinion quality poor.

This is not food! – The food is inedible, tasteless and watery. We threw the whole lot out after just one week after trying to give it a go.

Tasteless mush. Inedible unless you are starving to death – This is a con. Yes you get the food but it is shocking. It is also not vacuum packed as they tell you therefore must have heaps of preservatives to last on your shelf for 18 months. I gave some to friends and even their kids said it was disgusting. to get back "may be" some of the $500.00 promised. Therefore you have to book into lots of hotels to use up your $500.00. BUT then you have to email them to get your refund. From other reviews I have read else where they don't answer their emails so will you ever get your money. Probably not. I'm going to consumer affairs.

Pressure selling!!Alert don't get caught up with this company – Very disappointed with the meals and lack of business professionalism. I have been HARRASSED over postage to return meals which I was allergic to. When dissatisfied initially it was very difficult to get to speak with anyone in customer service. Eventually returned some meals with having to pay for a product I was conned into from the start. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! BEWARE

I was conned into buying – When i had a phone call from a telemarketer from there Company I TRIED telling her i was not interested but she insisted it was a cheap way of eating etc etc i kept trying to tell her NO thank you but she eventually talked me into paying for a product i WAS NOT interested in buying highly UNRECOMMENED

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DO NOT SIGN UP!!!! – The sales lady who tried to sell the product did not give you a truth picture. DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHINGS THIS LADY SAID.... I thought I would only receive 2 weeks of meals to try. After all it was a trial period. No, they sent you 20 weeks of meals. If you don't like it, you have to pay the postage to return.

Prison food is better – This food is bad bad bad! Prison food is better. I've never in my life tasted food so bad and so over priced. This company should be ashamed of itself and should be shut down. Rediculous!! – I cancelled my order after a week of no contact and no scans on the parcel. Tastes like over salted baby mush – A very disappointing experience. Yes the food was terrible, worst still is they are operating outside of the law.
