Fantastic value for money, the recipes are absolutely delicious. My husband and I are neurodivergent and struggle to find safe foods to cook that aren't bland and boring, but with EveryPlate, we've found a real winner. Everything we've cooked so far has been very easy to cook and very impressive with flavour!! We love the beef meatball fusilli dish so much we can't stop thinking about it. I’m not the best cook in the world but thought I’d give it a go. It was so easy and truly delicious! I expected that I would ruin the meal but was pleasantly surprised and impressed! I’m really enjoying my EveryPlate boxes. Being vegetarian they have given me plenty of options to choose from. So convenient for me as I’m recovering from knee surgery. No need to get to the shops and no waste. Also very generous serves. Show details ·  1

I have tried several food/meal deliveries and Every Plate is simple meals with straightforward recipes and everyday ingredients. It is packaged so that all the ingredients stay fresh for the week. Stopped the plan for a break, was called by pushy sales rep to reinstate. To get them off the phone agreed to a voucher to use at a later date. Told them I would re evaluate in a few weeks time. Apparently this meant yes reinstate my subscription and skip 3 weeks. They then charged my card after the 3 weeks was up for a box we didnt select and refused to refund

Absolute disgrace of a company. I was offered a FREE box through a friend’s referral. The moment I signed up, EveryPlate tried to charge me $151 — for a box that was clearly advertised as free. I rang customer service straight away to fix it. After wasting my time, I was told it would be “sorted” and that I’d instead get a box for around $80… Read more

Fast forward to Friday night — bang — my credit card is charged the FULL $151 anyway.

So not only did they ignore what was agreed on the phone, they helped themselves to my money without authorisation.

This feels deliberately misleading. Lure you in with a “free box”, then quietly slam your card with a massive charge and hope you don’t notice.

Customer service clearly means nothing because what they promise doesn’t get honoured.

If you’re thinking of trying EveryPlate — DON’T. Check your bank statements carefully because they will charge you whatever they like.

Dodgy, deceptive and absolutely not worth the stress.

Ignore emails. Delivery drivers use excuses to not deliver the products you've paid for and it can then take 72+++ hours before U receive your meals. No empathy shown and no other compensation offered, it's sucked in and that's it from their perspective. Show details

I think the service/food provided is definitely value for money. The quality of food is good. The only improvement I would like to see is the flexibility to request servings for 3 people. At the moment it only allows 2 or 4 servings. Hopefully this may be integrated in the future. Show reply

It would be better if you could add preferences. Sometimes I forget to update my weekly meal choice and get sent pork or bacon options and we do not eat pork or bacon. Show details ·  1

I'm a vegetarian and order the veggie meals almost every week. I wish there would be more variety of vegetables used in the recipes, for several weeks I've found myself cooking different recipes but all of them have only carrot and zucchini as the vegetables, which becomes a bit boring. some of the meals (eg. Tofu) which is not great when you're trying to reach a target protein amount with your meals. A few times I've had issues with the ingredients delivered not being the best quality (vegetables or bread that goes off in a few days), or damaged packaging (boxes or bags with holes), but when I have reported issues I received a credit to use in my next order. Despite the mentioned issues, the recipes are very tasty and easy to cook. If there was more variety of vegetables and the addition of more protein to some meals, I'd be absolutely happy.

With 40% the price represents a significant saving from regular weekly shops. The quality of the products is good, and the portion size is decent. However, the vegetarian recipes aren't too original and use the same vegetables for all, not providing great nutritional variety. I like EveryPlate as a whole, it is budget friendly, and easy to prepare and generally tastes good. two carrot, two zucchini (or cucumber if the side is a salad), 3) you can feel the budget constraints, I routinely add diced onion (and often celery) to the cooking of most meals as plain mince or meat with a spice and sauce really feels underwhelming. Would it really break the bank to add an onion to the delivery to cook with the meat? 4) delivery time is highly variable, sure, it reliably arrives on the nominated day, but can be anywhere from 9AM to 5PM which adds effort to the planning of the day

The food in incredibly easy to cook, instructions are very clear and the quality of the produce is excellent. No product recieved. Cancelled before any orders made. Money missing from bank. Several phone calls later and they're blaming the bank, even though they dtated multiple times over the phone that no money had/would be taken... absolutely ridiculous. Just a scam
