Poor communication – I ordered and paid some stick on stars for my kids bedroom ceilings. I received an email confirming payment. At some stage, and for unknown reason, the order was cancelled. I wasn't notified by email, or any form. If you have time to cancel the order, then you have time to notify the customer. I was waiting for delivery confirmation for several days and it wasn't until I checked the payment details that I saw they had cancelled the payment. As I was waiting on these for my kids birthdays, notification of cancellation - in any form - would have been nice.
