Chinese concrete block bed – After just one nights sleep I am disappointed how hard this bed really is. I said I wanted a soft to medium plush matress to the salesman, and my partner wanted a firm one. My man went back to the shop to see what they could do and the guy said basically thats bad luck theres nothing we can do, they cost too much to replace. There was not even a glimmer of hope to be offered, which is not good considering the money spent. So now I have to try a $200 matress topper and hope that makes it feel soft.

Great Bed, Great mattress, Best Company to deal with – We chose the Easy Sleep Split King because of its adjustability and therapeutic massage features and comfort. Ours was one of the very early bed Split Kings. We had a problem with the mattress and approached the Cairns branch to buy new ones. The sales manager looked up our files and phoned the manufacturer and their decision was to replace both mattresses, and that we would receive them in two weeks time. True to their word two weeks later they swapped the mattresses over for us and took the old ones away. We cannot speak highly enough of this company and the Cairns branch went above and beyond for us. We would highly recommend Easy Sleep to future buyers as the product is top quality and the people that sell them are totally committed to customer service and the marketing of a good product

The best sleep we've ever had!! – We decided on the Easysleep Split King Size model, and so glad we did. We made an appointment for a sleep test on the website and within a short time Dennis the Sales Manager had contacted us. Lucky for us we were able to see him right away. He answered all of our questions and we learned a lot more about the beds he designs, has manufactured and sells. We tested the King single first, and we both agreed it was the most comfortable bed we had ever experienced, all models have many settings to suit most requirements. They all have a timed massage setting which can be adjusted to the individuals taste from light to heavy vibration and it truly is so relaxing I almost dozed off. Both of us, Lynn and I have differing needs when it comes to sleeping positions which is why we chose the Split King Size model, each side of the bed has it's own seperate control unit. We must say Dennis is a very pleasant person easy to deal with, without the hard sell and he had us both at ease, we were treated with respect and really enjoyed his sense of humour. We highly recommend Easysleep beds to anyone who is looking buy a bed who is after a quality product with functionality.
