I couldn't be happier with the service provided with fitting our new kitchen window. From start to finish, the workmanship was outstanding and completed to an exceptionally high standard. Manny and his team were professional, courteous, and punctual, and they kept the work area clean and tidy throughout. Communication was excellent - Manny kept me informed at every stage of the process, ensuring I knew what to expect, and promptly updated me on any progress. The contractor Gerry paid great attention to detail, and took pride in his work, which was evident in the finished result.
It's hard to find honest, reliable tradesmen who have a high work ethic, are skilled, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Easy Trades to anyone looking for quality workmanship and professional service. Thank you for a fantastic job!
Could not be happier with the work they did to breath new life into our 1970's building. The advice we recieved, the professionalism and communications throughout the project and the end result from the repairs and Painting is second to none. Thankyou to all the team that uplifted our Building. Special thanks to Dale, Sam and Brad for making this project the amazing result we hoped for.
Outstanding painting job and polite professional service – Thanks Easy Trades for the outstanding work on painting the interior of our strata building. The painters were always professional, polite and courteous to all residents/owners. They patiently listened to comments and requests, and addressed any concerns and variations. The painting job was exceptional and it has positively transformed the out-dated interior that has not been upgraded in years! Thanks for persevering with our building and handling all the challenges presented on site. An outstanding job.
I Do not recommend! – Depends on who you get, some there are professional, pleasant and take pride in their work, but sadly more that are rude, lie and deny their damage and consider this type of work (as per photos) as perfection on their part and not reasonably requiring improvement. After this job was signed off, Tried to address it with Project Manager/ Operations Manager who did not apologise for any of the above customer service and dismissed me the owner to take it up with strata manager not him. I guess we all have different standards/expectations. So each to their own and only fair to let potential customers decide for themselves if this is good enough for them too.

Dodgy builder – Ongoing denying defects and will not rectify defects under warranty. Easy Trades repaired my retaining wall which was ordered by NCAT and our strata engaged them to do the repairs. They failed to repair the defects by the due date NCAT had ordered. There were Fair Trading rectification order issued and they failed to repair by the due date on the rectification order. I wrote a bad review for Easy Trades and they stated they will not repair the defects until I remove my review. Early 2022 the garden and fence were reported to them and they stated the issues I raised are not defective. I have various fence gaps, the fence panels are not connected to the fence post, the fence post is not connected to the retaining wall and my garden had around 5% soil and excessive gravel under the garden. The plant roots are touching gravel. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
