Looks Like New – After finding some nasty rear end damage to the crease lines on the tailgate of our VW Tiguan, we thought we’d get three or four quotes from nearby local crash repair firms. That was back in early January, three firms gave us quote within the hour, one said they needed several weeks and would get back to us. While waiting we did some further research and discovered that the Eblen Collision repair firm was also an authorised accredited VW repairer and an ICar Gold accredited repairer. We spoke with Eric English initially to obtain an estimate and then made further enquires to Eblen about what the accreditation meant in layman’s plain speak. The amount of detailed information provided back to us in writing gave me all the confidence I needed and there was no nonsense We dropped the car off earlier this week and collected it yesterday. Couldn’t be more impressed, the whole process was stress free, simple and the end finish looks immaculate, when I went to pay the account is was even less than quoted so all in all, we would thoroughly recommend these people.
