Absolutely have to say it was a delight having 'Echo Air Conditioning' supply and fit my new Daikin air conditioning unit. The company went out of their way to provide speedy installation due to my medical condition, it was not only fast, but very neat and well done. The young man also cleaned up after completion, It's nice they have pride in their work, 'job well done'. I'm very thankful for their accommodating service.
Ghosted by customer service – Echo Air Conditioning ghosted me when I asked for more information on a quote. The office lady said she’d contact the techs and get me the extra info, and then just never called me back. I feel like they think I couldn’t afford their services and so they just didn’t bother to call me back. My house is a bit old and run down, but that doesn’t mean I can’t afford to pay. I honestly can’t think of another reason for them to just ghost me. Really disappointed.
Great service and very responsive – We had our install completed on time and we were extremely happy with the whole team at Echo. The install was completed in one day and an half and we had a whole team including an installation manager and several tradesman's and an engineer and the whole team worked tirelessly throughout the day. We had a small request to raise the outdoor unit from the ground and that was no troubles at all and completed and the clean up was also perfect. We had some questions after the install and Echo were very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Echo came back for a few days after the install as requested to ensure we got the best of our ducted air con. Since then we have decided to contract Echo for the servicing every six months at a reasonable price. Thank you to the whole team at Echo Air Conditioning. Mario and Danielle.
Ducted Airconditioning System – Would like to thank Mr Gerad Vinko of Echo Air Airconditioning who handled very efficiently from giving a quote to installation of the ducted system in the house. The air conditioning technicians were also very prompt and very polite. We recomend Echo Airconditioning to everyone.
