wish list, chatted with us realistically about our budget, and then designed an itinerary that fit us perfectly. We highly recommend Eclipse and look forward to arranging another trip with them in the future.
First class service – We've booked several times with Eclipse and have always found them to be exceptional. Lost deposit – Eclipse Travel paid our deposit over to an agent in Africa for our Zimbabwe/Botswana trip who no longer operates. Eclipse is now asking for an additional AUD $380 per person with another Africa operator to go ahead with the booking. Very dodgy agent that don't have insurance in place to cater for these type of losses and then expect the consumer… Read more
to pay extra to make up for the loss. We do not recommend doing business with this agent. We lost $2625 because we not going to pay the extra $380 pp and Eclipse decided now to cancelled the booking. Eclipse responded "a situation which was outside of our control".
