contacted the company with the issue, email after email they would ask for a different photo or measurement, all of which I took the time to supply. They have abundant evidence the item is faulty and not fit for purpose, yet they refuse to admit it is faulty. They have failed to answer many questions and keep stating over and over that if I send it back to them, and pay to do so, they will assess it and consider replacing it. I had a questions about sending it back and they declined to answer. They have proven to be untrustworthy, unreliable, rude and have very poor product quality control.
