is the second time I've done this after thoroughly cleaning everything the last time. A problem that I have never had before in my life! Done with this company and their rubbish quality products.

still, when I reached out for help, Ecology refused to take responsibility, despite the product clearly being theirs. They passed the blame straight back to David Jones. No solution, no apology, just complete disregard.

@davidjonesstore — why are you selling such poor-quality products from a brand like this? I’ve always trusted your store for quality and service, and this experience has been a letdown on both fronts.

Do yourself a favour and avoid Ecology products. NEVER AGAIN.

packed with sustainable packaging. They are big (the dimensions are listed online) which is what I wanted. I have used them many times and I put them in the dishwasher. It is frustrating that there is no contact number and no chat option on the website, it's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Stain and gies dull Ecology Canvas Range – Very disappointed, within 8months foods like blueberries etc if used in the plates would stain and could not be removed .

finish were not nice and quite sharp to use. Unfortunately customer service is not great at all when trying to fix problems. I definitely wouldn't buy from them again.

Perfect diningware – I gave sets of Ecology dinner sets to my children for their new homes. I also bought a set for ourselves. I love the simple circle of colour (blue,aqua or grey) in the centre and the beautiful feel of the bone china. It's quality goods from Ecology.

Beware! An ecommerce business without an exchange or returns policy – BEWARE if you're buying off the internet they apparently don't have a returns policy (I was meant to read the fine print before buying, like everyone else does!!) customer like myself who cannot touch, feel or look at the goods let alone get a big surprise when the Laksa bowls I bought look like serving bowls that I was unable to exchange. Terrible customer service in these times! They have lost me as a customer and I will be sure to tell all my friends to shop at a business who care about their customers.
