My, rental car is always there waiting for me. The paperwork is done so swiftly and I'm off in impressive time. I've never had any problems with payment issues which has generated in me great trust in them.

I always recieve the vehicle l book which is important to me. As, a solo traveller l want a small vehicle. Try, explaining that to the well known car rental businesses who think for a solo traveller a larger vehicle is an upgrade. (Sigh)

The vehicles I've rented over the years have all been well maintained and clean and a pleasure to drive.

As, to the rates for hiring a vehicle from them you'll be stunned on how much you pay and save in comparison to other car rental businesses. Furthermore, their vehicle liability on the cars I've rented has been extremely reasonable. Meaning, l save on insurance.

I, for one, will continue renting cars from this independent business because they've allowed me to explore the sensational Gold Coast at an affordable price.

came to our rescue with a sweet proton s16 for the week for less than half the total cost of what the other crooks wanted for a deposit. completely hassle free awesome friendly and most helpful staff i cannot thank or recommend these guys highly enough. if you are coming to the gold coast and are looking for a hire car look these guys up you will not be disappointed. thank you guys. probably even saved me from divorce. cheers Mark.

baby car seat and 1 kid car seat. The lady was very patient with us and changed kid's car boost to children seat a couple of times to suit our needs. Returning a car is simple and quick. After we've unloaded everything and took kids out from car, we were told all is good to go with a big smile on staff's face.

Very good, just take a pic of your fuel tank – Upon pick up they were very nice and welcoming. Car was in good condition. As soon as we jumped in we noticed petrol was only 3/4 full, used for a week and everything was fine. we got it (but it wasn't) therefore they will be taking money out of our bank account for the 1/4 tank. Do not like the fact that they kept pressing it was 'full tank'. This is enough for us to rent from another car hire.

Too easy – Two families hired a Tarago 8 seater on our arrival at 7am. A short stroll from the domestic terminal and our car was waiting. The correspondence from the office to myself was always immediate, we were very happy with the price and [Name removed] was very helpful. We couldn't fault the car and the service we received from Economy. No hidden costs. Well done guys, we will be passing on your name to our friends!

would hire with them again no problem – hired a car from them on the gold coast picked me up at the airport with in two minutes of phoning to say i was there. excess waiver fee was only $6 a day no hidden cost, car was clean, staff were good,cant ask for any more. every thing  Show reply
