I had an ECON-300RVW heat pump installed last year, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I previously had an old gas hot water unit, and since upgrading, my gas bills have been cut in half while still enjoying the same level of hot water with no change in temperature or performance. Switched from gas to the Econova Hot Water Heat Pump and it is the best thing I have done. Installation was organised by professional plumber and electrician. The process was easy, organised by phone and online and the installation was carried out on time as arranged. The installers were well prepared and completed the installation professionally. We decided to go ahead with the 300RVW 2.0- as that is best suited to a 3-4 bedroom house, it is the most energy efficient heat pump in its size category. We were really impressed with all of the latest features like Wifi, the timer to integrate with Solar Panels.
We are now completely off gas, which gives us peace of mind.
Mick & Claire were the electricians that first turned up, then Keiran the plumber, finished off the job. All three team members were friendly, respectful and communicated well. I appreciated Keiran answering all of my questions so I had a good understanding of the product. Also love that it's dark charcoal colour, it matches our colour bond monument almost perfectly!
