Excellent bed base! Minimalist, modern and stylish…It’s a bed base that will never go out of fashion. Looks great and brightens up the bedroom. Putting it together was relatively easy, had some problems getting the screws in though and needed a wrench to turn them. Once bed base is up it’s sturdy and does not make any noises when jumping on the bed or with movement during sleep. Really love this base and the look of the America ash wood. Show details · 1
I bought this bed base expecting it to look like it does on the website photos and marketing, where the mattress sits snugly within the frame with no visible gap. tightened with an Allen key, and some of the hardware had to be adjusted using a drill just to get everything aligned properly, which I wouldn’t expect for a product at this price point. Once I finally had it together, my standard Australian-sized mattress leaves a large visible gap around the frame. I centred the mattress exactly as I was told and spent nearly two weeks going back and forth with customer support, sending photos, videos, and measurements, only to be told this isn’t considered a fault. The suggested solutions were purely cosmetic, and I’m now left needing to purchase stain and varnish myself to treat the exposed slats so the bed doesn’t look unfinished. The product simply doesn’t match how it’s presented in the website images and other marketing, which all show the mattress fitting flush within the frame. I would not and will not be recommending Ecosa to anyone.

Very nice bed, but quite low for storage – It came with no assembly instructions but contacted customer service and they helped us out, and then it was very easy to assemble! It's quiet, sturdy, and looks very nice. One thing to note is that it is very low so it's difficult to find storage short enough to fit under the bed (about 13cm). Show details · 1

Buy Zen bed frame and it is faulty product. The frame is not symmetrical. When report them this issue with photos and give them a call, they ask to try to swap the side but the photo clearly proves this, and they still keep asking for more photos or videos to prove it is faulty. installation manual doesn’t mention anything but they still want me to swap the side when installation. They should know the first that all four corners should be symmetrical. Then they said they have to send the evidence to their specialist team for approval. Take another 2 business days. I told them that it will be 4 business days and can’t confirm anything but they said that is because I don’t give them sufficient evidence at the first place. Now it becomes my fault??? I can understand the faulty product but their service is poor and waste of time. Buying a time but not trying to understand the customer.
Note that Ecosa bed frame mades in China. Not Australian made.

The Zen bed base is super simple and stylish and works perfect perfectly for our space. The bed base was easy to build on my own though it was difficult to figure out which end was which. The base does mildly creak, despite checking that it was assembled properly. Good Again our delivery arrived earlier than the selected time slot and there was a lot of packaging to deal with. Easy and quick to set up with just my 15yr old daughter. Took about as long to build as unpacking it did. A solid build which hasn't creaked once the last few weeks I've used it. Just what I was after, although the design could be improved on if the legs were a little inset/under the frame (to minimise any potential stubbed toes). Show details · 1

Ours is really squeaky! We built it as per the instructions and it looks solid but creaks every time we move on the bed even slightly. Also second other reviews that speak about it not being a good fit for a standard queen mattress, the base is bigger than the mattress so you can see the slats around the bed. because the frame size means your mattress can’t sit flush against the wall, you really have to push the mattress as far as you can to the top of the base, so the end has very visible slats.
I also contacted ecosa about this, and they have been nice but have taken a fair while to respond to each message. I think ecosa cares a lot about marketing but not a huge amount about quality.
It looks nice, but I will say I thought it would look a little nicer when I imagined it in my space, but I acknowledge that’s just personal preference!

It’s a very good quality base easy to put together but because of the way the legs sit the skirting board on our wall blocks it from sitting flush to the wall. So pillows fall down the back. Will need to get a headboard to fix this issue. Show details

Mattress and base are fine but missing 2 screw tighten bolts when it arrived - very annoying. Also took a month for the base to arrrive - also annoying.
