a wet dog after it’s been mopped. It’s nice that it empties itself and refills its tank but the whole point of having it is for it to do a proper job of vacuuming and mopping. I’ve gone back to using my old Roborock instead.

Because of this complete lack of service, I have lodged a formal claim with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT). My application seeks to recover: - A full refund for the machine. - Compensation for loss of use. - The cost of the QCAT application fee. - A refund for the extra accessories I purchased, which are now completely useless.

Save yourself a massive headache and avoid this company entirely. You have been warned.

Mop is useless, just leaves smudgy roller marks and does not clean. Mop keeps faulting and won't empty water so I am forever trouble shooting. white socks and they stayed perfectly clean! I didn't even run a deep cleaning/mopping session beforehand, just a regular clean. The suction power is also great.

Sometimes the small side brush doesn’t spin when it should, but honestly, I don’t mind it still does a great job cleaning either way. My only advice: when the robot notifies you that it needs maintenance, don't delay it. Keeping it clean ensures it always performs at its best.

This product has genuinely made my life easier. I absolutely recommend it.

Another tip: don’t rush to buy directly from online promotions. Instead, purchase it from a store like The Good Guys that way, it’s much easier to return or exchange the product if there’s an issue. I previously bought a different brand directly from their website, and the unit was faulty. It took me months to get a refund, which was extremely frustrating.

This time, I bought it from The Good Guys and I hope I never run into any issues but after 2 months of use, it has already made a huge difference in my daily life.
