Eden Roc Garage Doors

Had all the panels replaced by Eden Roc due to damage and all where wavey so I complained and they said it was a bad batch and will comeback and change it. That took about 6 months so finally got it done and now I have the same problem again. Totally disgusted in the the job they did. Show details

someone like Mark, made me say, the world isn't that bad place at all.  There are still some young tradespeople out there working for companies still sticking to the etiquettes of the old times.  Sadly, they are getting more and more rare. When i asked for his contact details his reply was; call the desk it makes no difference who comes out we are all the same, doing our best. ***** highly recommended. and ask if it was possible to allow us to chose our timber in the selection to ensure of door is to our standard bear in mind it’s the top of the range door so u would expect the opportunity. It’s a simple request which every other company allows but Casey can’t be bothered asking . We have been around to every supplier that they asked and every house they sent us too and made thousands of calls in the past 6 months to the old salesman who no longer there Now it’s our fault ????????? Why didn’t they inform us that the previous person left ? Made a cal?sent a pigeon or a balloon to reach us is this too much to ask? We also have agreed to upgrades and prices which I have in writing but again the new guy has refused to accept Definitely avoid this company if you want customer service and a professional salesperson
